    We were looking for a decent wok to enable a multitude of cooking types. It is with affordable price, good size and excellent quality. When I knock the wok, I can hear a beautiful sound. I was taught this is one way to test the quality of the iron used. The seasoning process before the firs use is very simple.This wok give a consistent heat throughout the cook time and is not to heavy that it's easy to handle and cookinq is a breeze.

    The media could not be loaded. The design of this pan set looks very vintage, 1980s era with its tinted glass lid and wooden handles. I like this look and I love that the lid is toughened glass.The base is flat which makes it a good vessel to boil down liquids whilst using suitable utensils to stir, especially necessary if you haven't quite mastered the technique of manovering the pan like a pro chef in order to stir your contents. It gives it stability on an electric hob too. If you have a cast iron ring to use as a stabilising base and a gas hob, then you'll be able to use a traditional rounded wok as you see on hawker stalls in the Far East.The wooden handles ensures it doesn't get too hot, which is ideal when cooking at the high heat required for stir frying.The larger capacity cooks for our family, importantly, for the hungry teens. I am able to use is on induction as well as gas and I love that there are no harmful chemicals coating the pan even though it can be used as a non-stick pan providing you know how to 'season' it. There are plenty of YouTube clips which show how to quickly and effectively season a pan to give it that non-stick finish.Very good pan and love the carbon steel construction!

    This is the first wok we bought in UK. The wok was easy to assemble with just few steps.The handle design makes it easy to grasp. This new wok makes the cook easier and more enjoyable. The lid is perfect and it’s been hard to find a wok with a decent lid. Only used once so far but all went very well. Looking forward to years of use! Definitely recommend!

    I will recommend my friends to have this Wok for their daily kitchen use. After searching lots for a decent wok I found this one and it’s brilliant! Superb wok nice and heavy, sturdy! Have cooked several stir fries already and everything about the wok is perfect!

    Wonderful wok! It was a bit sticky at the beginning, but I followed the coating instructions in the manual, and now it works perfectly.Just simply to wipe it, dry after cleaning and it would not get rusty. The wok is made from carbon steel that heat resistance is one of its strengths. Everyone can use it to cook Asian dishes with confidence.

    It is very large so quite heavy but heavy is good when you need food to cook evenly and not burn. Also it provides a natural non stick layer that improves easy use and making cleanup effortless.one of best aspect is value for money. It’s durable vesatile and easy or joy to use.highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade or include this one into cookware...

    I have waited a couple of months to see how this wok performed before leaving feedback.I followed the instructions on seasoning and have since cooked some tasty meals very easily with no sticking which, with previous woks was my big problem.The quality of the pan is excellent with even heat distribution making cooking breeze... whether i am making indian curry or making delicious omelette this handles with ease.
