    As a motorist and owner of an old Mercedes C180, I wanted to be able to read/clear fault codes and conduct a diagnostic test following replacement (secondhand) of the Yaw rate sensor.I found the LAUNCH X431 Elite V2.0 for Benz instruction manual excellent, getting me started and running a Health Report (Quick Test) in no time. (I did spend some hours studying the User Manual first though)Given the main dealer parts/labour costs, even if just a one-off use, the LAUNCH X431 Elite V2.0 for Benz paid for itself. I will be interested to learn more about the tool over time as it seems to be quite a sophisticated bit of kit, but of course leave the work to the professionals.

    This unit seems very well made but the system is useless. It would only connect to wifi intermittently. It could not find the OBD2 software installed and said to update but the updater said there was no updateable software. Even after a full charge the battery only lasted for one OBD session of about 5 minutes. As the unit came from Bolo the UK Distributors were not interested. A total waste of money but at least I got a refund.

    This scanner impressed me. I bought it as a present for a friend and was thinking that is it just a lowcost scanner. I have access to professional scanners for work, I have the big X431 Pro Elite, and when compared to them this little thing does what those do, only it is limited to BMW, VW or Mercedes depending which version you buy.Tested it on bmw 5 series , bmw x3 all working good.Sometimes if your car does not have the VIN available on the network, hit the back arrow when it tries to do the autovin go to DIAGNOSTICS and select your brand and model manually.Overall the unit is a bargain as you will have free lifetime updates.

    Never used an OBD reader before and I found this easy to use. I’m sure it has many hidden uses that I may find out about over the coming months.It updates itself if connected to WiFi and emails a report too.

    What a great money save this is, works very well, cleared out 30 historical codes and then deleted a code that was stopping the roof working and one for the red battery light after a battery change.

    Moin, nach erhalt große Freude. Dann laut Schnellanleitung alles befolgt und auch das update durchgeführt. Final hat das alles Wunderbar funktioniert, bis das Gerät dann direkt wieder 6 Updates anzeigte, diese auch ausgeführt und dann ging der Bildschirm aus und nur noch die Hintergrundbeleuchtung leuchtet....Schlussendlich, Gerät bleibt dunkel und piepst ab und zu mal.Kann passieren... aber dann hier eine falsche Support Nummer zu Hinterlegen, nicht gut.Aufpassen, wenn Chinaverkäufer, Finger weg. Der Service der hier angegeben ist ist nur für Geräte von LAUNCH EUROPE und nicht für Chinageräte.Gerät direkt zurück geschickt und ein EORO3 bestellt.

    Ich habe diese Produkte gekauft weil ich besitze ein Audi. Ich habe Fehler Diagnose gemacht und er hat sofort Fehler gefunden obwohl ich hab’s nicht bemerkt. Die einsteigst Lampe hinter Tür vom Fahrerseite, ich habe die Lampe gewechselt und Fehler gelöscht. Inspektion Intervall neu eingestellt, alles kinderleicht und problemlos. Ich würde auf jedenfalls empfehlen. Wenn jemand Besitz Audi inklusive Wv Konzern Mercedes oder BMW und Mini alles schon installiert. Außer diese Marken muss man extra kaufen Ca. Pro Marke 50€

    Como titulo mi reseña, es muy recomendable.El aparato de diagnosis va genial. Decir que he comprado LAUNCH x431 élite,en mi caso para el grupo vag dado que en casa tenemos VW y Audi. Así pues, la he probado solo de momento en un Audi A5 de 2017 TDI 190 CV. Rápida intuitiva y con informe de diagnóstico. Por ponerle algún pero ,este sería el manual de papel en inglés , aunque la tableta está configurada a español dado que tiene diez idiomas disponibles.Se acabó la dictadura del concesionario . Ahora puedo saber de antemano, qué significa la luz de motor, etc. y si puedo yo en mi garaje hacerle el mantenimiento o reparación y también apagar la luz de inspección... Siempre, una vez realizada la reparación o mantenimiento requerido.Por todo ello, animo a ver videos en yotub y después nosotros colgar nuestra experiencia. Así pues, MUY RECOMENDABLE.
