I have really bad tmj pain and often use heat and cold packs. However having to hold them to my jaw means I probably don’t use them long enough each time. This makes that so much easier as the support holds the pads in place and offers some compression. I like that it comes with four pads and a bag to store it in. It’s comfortable to wear and fits a range of different sized heads. The packs are well made and I think this is great value for money.

The media could not be loaded. It's a proper, minimalist solution for a very fair price. The gelpacks aren't exactly secured in the most reliable way, but it should be fine, because you shouldn't be too active while wearing this. The wraps on connection is better.
