    Really good value for money. A whole year of tablets. As it is so important to take D3 and this one has the added bonus of K2 which means it gets absorbed into your bones. Tablets are tiny and easy to swallow. Packaging is minimal and can easily be put into small container if you want to.

    I've been taking these for a few weeks now and yet to see any major improvements, however I do feel slightly more energised first thing in the he morning.So far I haven't had any stomach pains like some people are reporting but I always take during my main meal and never on a empty stomach. I believe this helps.The tablets are very small so easily digested with water so no bad taste to report. Great value for money considering there is a years supply all in a compact zip seal packet.I'm staying positive that longer term I'll benefit more from their effectiveness as I'd really like my sleep to improve. I'll update this review if I see any changes I believe are linked to these tablets.
