The product arrived in a simple cellophane wrapper. I thought it would have some sort of instructions on how to use them - nope.There is a quick video on the selling page, but I had to scour the internet to get a decent set of exercises and understand the range of movements that this band helps with.The band is quite substantial and the slots are an excellent way of adjusting the resistance - my other bands you have to wrap around your hands to adjust.The elasticity of the band is not quite what it is on the video - it is much harder - maybe it's me.

This resistance band is great for helping my daughter with her stretches, She is a beginner so I'm not sure how they would be for more advanced gymnasts but these serve us well!
