This vitamin D test is easy to carry out. The instructions are well-written and there are also illustrations to help you. The only unpleasant part was pricking my finger but the lancet is quick and it works well. My only issue with the test was interpreting the results. You have to compare the intensity of the line on the test with a picture of four lines. The lines are fairly similar and my test line didn’t quite match any of the lines so I’m not 100% sure about my results.
Not worth the money!
Doesn’t give any results except abnormal. Contacted company and were no help at all. No number given. According to company it’s either to high or to low. How am I supposed to know. Don’t waste your time or money on their products. Would give zero star if possible!
Great product
This product worked great for me. I used a magnifying glass and it helped a lot. I take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D three every day for years. I was right in the middle. Adequate levels.
This test was good for the price
You can’t beat the price for this one. The test gave me what I believe is accurate reports as I knew I had a bit of low vitamin D and wanted to verify.

Not useful
I couldn't figure out the lancets that you're supposed to use to prick your finger. I ended up just using a knife to get a bit of blood.Once I had the blood, the test results aren't all that useful, and are difficult to read.I would not buy again.
