Caramel Almond and Sea Salt includes a sweet and salty combination of caramel and sea salt drizzled over whole almonds. Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate blends whole peanuts with peanut butter for a delicious nutty taste. Almond and Coconut includes a sweet and chewy blend of coconut and whole almonds. Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate is a sweet and salty blend of nuts, chocolate and sea salt, finished with the smooth flavour of caramel. Dark Chocolate Orange Almond is a classic blend of almonds and peanuts, infused with zesty orange, and drizzled with dark chocolate. Maple Pecan Almond combines a sweet and salty blend of pecans, almonds, peanuts and a touch of maple syrup. Fruit and Nut is a classic flavour that combines whole almonds with the perfect blend of mixed fruits. Caramelised Biscuit Nut combines peanuts, almonds and cashews with a hint of caramel and notes of spiced biscuit flavourings. You heard it, biscuit, spice and all things nice. Chocolate Chip Cashew combines cashews, almonds and peanuts, topped with delicious chocolate chips.

These are so delicious it's hard to choose a favourite. I bought them to try all the flavours so I could order a box of my favourite but so far I'm loving them all.

They taste good and broadly speaking are scored as good by Zoe in terms of blood sugar, blood fat and gut health. A lot of superficially similar brands don’t match that.

These are really nice granola type bars - quite high in protein and fibre but also really tasty. They are very nutty, crunchy, and a bit sweet but not sickly. There's a good range of flavours to choose from which I love. Highly recommend these for a healthy high protein snack

I’ve never tasted the ‘Kind’ range of protein bars before, so was very interested to give them a try.My partner and I are both into health & fitness and tend to monitor our food intake (calories/saturated fats/sugar and protein) closely.This variety pack includes 12 bars in 9 different flavours, which provides a good way of tasting a wide range of bars!On examining the nutritional information we found the following:Each 40g bar contains between 211-240 calories, between 2.3g - 3.8g of saturated fat, 3.7g - 8.4g of sugar and 4.4g -7.3g of protein (depending on the contents/flavour).Although one bar (Almond & coconut) contained a shocking 7.6g of saturated fat, 38% of your RDA!We’ve only tasted a couple so far (peanut butter & dark chocolate, and the caramelised biscuit nut) and found that they were pretty tasty, sweet and nutty with a good crunchy texture.They are good for an ‘on the move’ breakfast, a hiking snack, or a post workout energy boost, but I will personally limit their consumption due to the relatively high saturated fat and sugar content. There are better ways to increase your protein intake!

Kind bars marketing slogan used to be ingredients you can see and pronounce. Kind bars aren’t pounded into mush nut bars; you can see through the pack what you are getting. Which leads me to admitting I love Kind Bars before this arrived; to the point I have an Bolo subscription that each month delivers 24 bars.. This Variety pack was a great chance to try all the flavours I’m missing out on because of that subscription. There are 9 flavours in the box; you get two of 3 of the flavour packs; there are great photos on the item so I won’t list them.My absolute favourite in this pack was Maple Pecan and Almond. Each of the different bars has different nutritional values. This sweet bar has 240 Calories, 4.3g of fibre, 6g of protein and 9.4g of carbohydrates. Being predominantly made from nuts there is 19g of fat, only 1.9 of which are saturated.The ingredients mostly hold up to the old slogan still. fructo-oligosaccharide is a low calorie sweetener so a bit disappointing to see- but this is a sweet bar thanks to the that, the honey and maple syrup. Its not a hard bar like the peanut bars its more chewy.“pecans, almonds, peanuts, fructo-oligosaccharide, honey, glucose syrup, rice crisps (rice flour, sugar, salt), maple syrup, natural flavouring, sea salt, emulsifier soya lecithin. (may contain: milk, other nuts).”If you want to try out a variety of bars and fine the one that’s right for you this multi pack is great. These aren’t sold as health bars; they are snack bars and they do have a fair amount of sugar – though it varies between them, if that isn’t a concern for you, they are all very tasty.

The KIND core variety pack is a lovely way to get to try a range of the companies offerings. The pack contains 12 bars of which there are nine different flavours. They have all so far been delicious and they seem to have a good amount of nutrients that make them healthier than a chocolate bar.My only issue is the price as it works out at over £1.50 per snack bar and I feel that price is a little high.
