    all the 'branded' ones you see on social platforms - forget. this is a fraction of the cost (when i purchased) and works exactly the same. comes with an empty 20ml bottle inside so you can add your own oil.Works that well I bought another two!

    This diffuser is super hard to get used to using. It emits a strong, nice fragrance and puts out plenty of mist. But on arrival, it doesn’t say you have to charge it for 3-4 hours before it actually works. If you try using it before that, it just makes noise and does nothing else. I had this problem a lot.If it happens, charge it fully, clean the device, and shake the oil bottle inside (NOT the diffuser itself). If you don’t move it for a while, the oil gets airy, and it stops diffusing properly. Shaking the bottle resets the oil so it works again. But once you figure that out, it works well!
