    Okay, this is a strange product that serves a very specific function, which is cleaning you out from the rear. If you unscrew the shower head from the shower pipe, this Douche Nozzle will serve on in its place. Then it's just a case of seeing the desired pressure and temperature and pushing it in, the gentle warm water provides a really deep clean and a lot of impacted muck will most likely be dislodged and removed. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to the feeling, but I'm sure it has its benefits and will improve my long term health. The actual product is very well made from smooth rust resistant metal and I'm sure it will provide years of use. Just don't share it with anyone else.
