Capacity of the tubs is good, way too much for a single person but probably not enough for a small family. Design and functionality is excellent - exactly what you'd expect from a Ninja appliance. You're meant to freeze your sizes for 24 hours, but I've found you can get away with freezing for only 8. So far I've made amazing coffee frappés, slushies, and some simply amazing Mango sorbet. So easy to use, but it is very loud and I've found you always need to use the respin option. I've only had one issue where my mix froze into a completely solid block that couldn't be broken down and I had to leave out to defrost before it could be made into ice cream. Not sure what I did wrong with that one, but think my mix wasn't right. Apart from that one mistake, it's been fantastic. Also, easy to wash up and keep everything clean.

The is definitely an investment, but its well worth it. Very easy to use, and great to have an option to make healthy ice cream for the kids. The only thing I didn't realise is that once you make the ice cream it has to all be eaten in one go, you cant put it back into the freezer and save it for another time. If you do you have to re-process it all over again. Its also really noisy. But overall really happy with it and it makes gorgeous ice cream!

This is so easy to use and it actually works. You can make healthier ice cream using all fresh ingredients. The way it works is: you mix your ingredients then freeze them I pots provided then the machine whizzes it up to make ice cream. Recipes for gelato , which is basically custard based ice cream, show you how to make your own custard but I'm lazy these days and so use ready made custard and double cream, some milk and a variety of flavourings. Try a teaspoon of instant coffee and a teaspoon of cocoa as favouring to make a tasty mocha gelato.

Bought this on a whim for me and my boyfriend to enjoy making all sorts of ice cream and sorbets together and we are very pleased! We've had it a week and already made salted caramel ice cream, peanut butter ice cream and a lovely strawberry and banana smoothie bowl! It's relatively straight forward and easy to use. I also joined some of the Facebook Ninja Creami groups where everyone shares their recipes and tips for using the machine which has been so helpful to learning what we can do or how to fix any issues we faced! The components of the machine are dishwasher safe which is great. The machine comes with three tubs to make your ice creams in, you can buy extra if you want to prepare lots at once. I'd say we got about 3/4 servings per tub, but entirely depends on how much ice cream you like to eat in one sitting. These machines are extremely noisy, so be prepared for that, but lucky they don't take long to process at all! We are looking forward to lots more experimenting with this great gadget!

The ice cream maker is a little noisy but very quick so the noise doesn’t last long.It fits on my work top under a top unit.Easy to clean, Looks nice.
