    Couldn't find many mats that were the right size for the treadmill. Either too big or too small/neat. This one is a prefect size. Thickness is just right for floor protection without making your run feel too spongy/bouncy. Also good just as a workout mat.

    If you’re planning to buy this May watch out for the length. It’s really rather short though at a height of 160+ centimetres it is just about long enough for me.Otherwise very good.

    This would be ok to exercise on but for exercise equipment like my weight bench, it doesn’t grip the floor enough. It lifts up at the sides and slips across the flooring. Depending on what you have on it, you may need a heavy duty mat instead, like I have for my treadmill. I was disappointed.

    This is super thin. Its definitely not worth the money, you can get thicker workout mats elsewhere. As for being a mat to put underneath a walking pad, well it fits, but that's about as much use as it provides.
