    Ist der Tisch aufgebaut, kommt er solide daher und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Da wackelt nichts. Die Holzplatten sind schwer und die Beine sowie der zusätzliche Stahlrahmen unter der Platte stabil. Dass die Platte aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt wird, ist nach dem Zusammenbau fast nicht mehr zu sehen.Der Tisch kommt in Kleinteile zerlegt an, das ist aber kein Problem. Laut Anleitung sollte man ihn zu zweit aufbauen. Wir waren zu zweit - ich und mein getreuer Akku-Schrauber. Allein (ich bin auch für eine Frau nicht groß) hats 45 Minuten gedauert - inkl. Brille suchen.Pro+ ein Heft mit u.a. deutscher Kurzanleitung und ausführlichen Bildern+ die Teile sind alle einzeln nummeriert, auch die Beutel mit den Schrauben etc. waren entsprechend markiert+ die einzelnen Teile sind für sich allein schon stabil verarbeitet+ die Steckverbindungen passen perfekt zusammen+ Schrauben und Korpusverbinder sind aus Stahl, kein ramschiges Plastik+ in der Holztischplatte sind Metallmuttern versenkt, um den Stabilisierungsrahmen zu befestigen+ Wandhalterung wird mitgeliefert. Sie ist einfach, aber funktional und wenn die Wand nicht umfällt, dann der Tisch auch nichtMeckern auf superhohem Niveau: schade, dass es den nicht auch in weiß gibt.Edit: Typo

    I love the clean lines and the simple design here. It’s easy to assemble and looks so good in my entryway. I placed a small lamp and a dish for my keys on this near my front door and it’s added a touch of class to an area that was pretty plain before.

    I get the concept of flat-pack furniture. It's an optimization exercise to try to reduce the production and shipping costs of a product - sometimes to an extreme. The MAHANCRIS Narrow Console Table (Black, CTHB12801) is one such example.The table arrived in a single, small box. This instantly signaled that the critical components were going to be split into multiple pieces. For example, the table top is two equal halves, the leg assemblies are two pieces, each. The horizontal beams are split into multiple pieces. This makes for fussy assembly, a poor aesthetic experience, and a less sturdy final product. The surface finish is ok, but the center seams for the top are distracting. As for the 55# load rating, I'd say that figure is probably about right - but only for the most evenly distributed and static of loads, as this table is not particularly sturdy.But there are all normal tradeoffs, right? Yes... and no. Sure, you expect to give up some quality with flat-pack furniture, but the benefit is supposed to come in the form of cost savings. At $69 (at the time of this review), this table is about 50% more than some comparable pieces on Bolo. It's also a little less expensive than some pieces that look quite a bit more attractive (and sturdy). Unless you see this on sale for $40 (or less), it's hard to recommend this item.
