    Didn’t realise how much these would affect my performance in the gym, feels stronger and less fatigue drop off. I must have been deficient in electrolytes but these have well and truly brought me back up to standard

    I have started taking these due to being low on electrolytes due to exercise. So far I haven't seen a massive difference but I do feel less sleepy than normal. These are good because they don't have a load of bulking agents in them. Which is good. They are easy to swallow and so far, good value for money.

    These tablets are easy to swallow.I particularly like that it has Potassium in it as I sometimes struggle to get enough in my diet which can contribute to me getting cramps.I use these before playing football and I can notice the difference.

    I decided to give these electrolytes a try when I saw them offered on Bolo Vine coincidentally following a conversation that I had just had after one of my spinning classes. I sweat profusely during the spin class but have a water bottle and drink water during the session. It was suggested to me that I am replacing the lost water in the sweat but not the salts and I should try adding electrolytes. I had expected to be putting the electrolyte in my water bottle that I drink from during the session but this is not what the instructions say on the packet. As directed, I took one capsule with 400ml water about an hour before my regular spin class and then just took my usual water bottle during the session. The display on the bike did not record any increase in my performance for total distance or RPM during the session. I do feel less fatigued than usual after the class but this may just be a placebo effect. The packet has 100 capsules with a recommendation to take 1 or 2 before each session and I do intend to continue with the trial

    I obtained these capsules in the hope they’d be effective at preventing cramp when out on long hikes, a problem that can occur if you sweat heavily during a hard day’s adventure. From testing this weekend on a 20 miles hike with several climbs up steep ascents, these capsules did seem to work well, I suffered no cramps and my general energy felt strong. Will definitely use these capsules before every hard hike, especially when the weather gets warmer. For easier going activities I don’t think they’re worth taking.The instruction imply to take the capsules (1 or 2) an hour prior to exercise, which I did not do. I waited until the afternoon, several miles in to my trail, then swallowed one capsule with plenty of water. The effects were noticeable and I think that’s the best way to use these capsules if you’re planning an all-day adventure.

    My son uses these for working out sessions. He said they taste fine and are easy to swallow. They also work as effectively as his regular electrolyte.There are a hundred in the bag and as he will be using one a day, with a drink about an hour before going to the gym, they are going to last over three months making them excellent value for money.Effective and good value for money.

    These are a capsule (similar in format to a flu tablet) which you swallow with 400ml of water to add electrolytes into your body. I’m more used to powders or effervescent tablets for adding electrolytes however sometimes they can vary in taste so having the option of just taking a tablet with fluid is actually really good and it’s a good size pack too. It’s hard to measure effect but they’re very easy to add to your daily routine for an electrolyte boost.
