Been taking these for a week only so far, size is fine for me washed down with a, large gulp of water. Not sure about healthier hair or suppressing appetite 🤔 But my nails have become noticeably stronger. They're usually very weak and soft and always break really easily. Now they feel more solid and actually growing, which they've not done since I had gel nails 7 months ago, which wasn't a good idea and I've applied all sorts of nail treatments and hardeners and nothing has worked until these! Recommend to give them a try and they're good value too.
