    This is great stuff that includes ingredients that other supplements don't. There's no caffeine in this so you may want to take some separately before your workouts. Would recommend!

    This is, in my opinion, quite an interesting product. As well as Creatine, which has well-proven benefits it also has Beta Alanine with which I am familar and which also has been demonstrated to help athletic performance. I am not familiar with the other four ingredients which make various claims regarding improved workout capability etc and three of them are trademarked so there won't be any independent research, I shouldn't imagine. Anyway, the powder, when mixed with water tasted quite palatable. I only use half the recommended dose as 5000mg of Creatine is too much for me and 2500mg gives pretty much the same results, without any gastrointestinal side effects. I certainly felt more energised during my gym routine after taking a half dose thirty minutes beforehand. It says that you might feel a tingling sensation, but while that didn't occur, I did seem to be able to push harder than usual and for longer. Whether that is a placebo effect I cannot say at this stage, but I do know that the Creatine works as I use it regularly anyway. Overall, it seems a good quality branded product and I will definitely keep using it while it appears to be giving results.

    The name of this product is a bit confusing, as is the intended use. A newbie to weight training and the supplements market could certainly feel a little lost to where this product is supposed to market at. Essentially, it’s a souped up Creatine powder with added extras, specifically Beta Alanine, and like all other Creatine powders, the longer you use them the more benefits you’ll notice.After one weeks use I did notice benefits in all the areas that you should, just like other Creatine powders but I also experienced some unwanted side effects such as a tingling itchy sensation and excessive perspiration. Not sure what other ingredients from the list could have caused this but I’ve always believed less is best! There are other Creatine powders on the market that are kept simple with no added unnecessary extras.The taste is fine, no complaints here. But the price isn’t so hot, at over 30 quid for just 30 servings this is an expensive product, especially when cleaner, similar supplements are available at a more affordable price.Another big drawback is this powder lacks the certified assurance for practically all allergens. For the price this costs I’d expect better, especially when so many individuals suffer in different ways.

    First off, this is a hit taste-wise. It comes in fine powder form that mixes up really well, dissolving in seconds in a shaker. The cranberry flavour is very palatable indeed, making for a very drinkable formula. It has the slightly saline overtones of electrolyte drinks, but the sweet flavouring masks it well, and it's pretty refreshing, without any lingering aftertaste.Although it works a little differently from normal pre-workouts, I've found the immediate effects quite similar to those, particularly with the 'tingle' you get shortly after taking it (due largely to the beta alanine, an ingredient it shares with pre-workout formulas). It provides a good in-the-moment boost in that sense, giving a buzz from the get-go.The real benefits from saturation powders like this, however, are the cumulative effects over time. I've been taking Big D for a couple of weeks now, and my stamina does seem to have improved a little in terms of both weight and reps.Glad I gave it a try - I'll definitely be keeping it up for the rest of the tub, and looking to continue saturation-style supplements as a longer-term alternative to immediate-action pre-workout drinks in future.
