These are absolutely fantastic, I’m completely chilled feel really really well. My mind finally feels like my own, they really keep you zen and I sleep so well too. Seriously well worth a try!!! I went on holiday for a week and forgot to take them and I really felt the difference, I must confess I take two as one didn’t really do anything but I was on medication from the doctors and didn’t like the altered personality. These however are a game changer.

Now, I'm always very skeptical of supplements that claim to boost test or performance but either these are working of the tribulus terrestris I bought from the same supplier, could be a combination of both I supposeFor clarity I am 43 years old, weigh 98kg and am 6'1, I'm taking 1 of these a day, 1 tribulus, 1 creatine tablet, 1 spirulina, 1 omega 3 and 2 glucosamineI have increased my protein intake to roughly 90grammes a day (I weigh 96kg)Between the above I have definitely seen performance and strength increase weekly, I have also noticed I stay pumped and feel more solid for longer than before I started on theseI can't say its improved my sleep as I till struggle to get a good 7 or 8 hours sleepFor those of you interested as some have mentioned increased libido, I can vouch for that and the fact my johnson looks and feels longer and has more girth (could just be the increased exercise and blood flow who knows)I'd say give them a try with the Tribulus and see for yourself, don't expect a miracle pill though, you're going to need to eat better and workout sensibly

Disappointing Experience!
As someone who's always open to exploring natural remedies for health and wellness, I was eager to try Ashwagandha Extract 5000 mg after hearing so many glowing reviews. However, my experience with this product was far from positive, and I'm left scratching my head wondering where all the good reviews come from, because for me, it was utterly worthless.First and foremost, let's talk about efficacy—or rather, the lack thereof. Despite diligently taking the recommended dosage as directed, I noticed absolutely zero benefits. Whether it was stress reduction, mood enhancement, or purported energy boosts, Ashwagandha Extract 5000 mg delivered nothing but disappointment. I might as well have been swallowing empty capsules for all the good it did.But it's not just the lack of results that left me feeling disillusioned; it's also the questionable quality of the product itself. Upon closer inspection, I couldn't help but question the potency and purity of the extract. With no visible improvements in my well-being, I can't help but wonder if I was sold a watered-down version or if the formulation simply lacked the active compounds necessary to deliver any discernible effects.And let's not forget about the taste—oh wait, there's nothing to remember because these capsules are thankfully tasteless. However, the bitter aftertaste of disappointment lingers long after swallowing each dose.In conclusion, my experience with Ashwagandha Extract 5000 mg was a complete letdown. Save your time, money, and hope for something that actually lives up to its hype. As for me, I'll be looking elsewhere for solutions that actually make a difference.

Falsch ausgeschrieben
Meine alte Quelle ist Grad nicht verfügbar, war von dem Preis überrascht, leider auch zurecht. Angeblich hat eine Kapsel 5000 mg, das kann sein, aber nachdem die alten Kapseln die ich hatte 600 mg hatten und nicht viel kleiner waren scheint mir das unrealistisch. Außerdem haut das Gewicht absolut gar nicht hin. 120 Kapseln a 5000 mg sind 600 Gramm, die ganze Packung wiegt 90 Gramm. Beschiss pur
