    We got this as we've been making a lot of our own bread and pizza dough recently, so a non-stick surface for kneading sounded like a great idea. The mat is large enough that I never feel like I'm struggling for space, and the markings on it can be helpful in stretching out dough to the correct size.The big downside of this mat is how lightweight it is. Although the dough won't leave residue on the mat, it still sticks to it with suction, which then ends up lifting the mat off of the worktop, so I found myself frequently having to stop and lay the mat out flat again. A heavier-weight mat might not have done this.Clean up is very easy, as the mat resists dough and oils, so a bit of washing up liquid and a cloth quickly gets everything ready for next time.

    I was initially disappointed when I open this as it was very thin.But, it grips well to the kitchen work surface and doesn't move at all when rolling out pastry,It is also super non stick, way better than my previous one.A great product.
