I absolutely love this set of paints which consists of 50 little bottles of different colours including some skin tones, metallic colours and effects like blood in addition to the large selection of acrylics. The set also includes 2 brushes and a paint station which is a multi teared stand for storing and displaying all the paints. The stand arrives flat packed but takes minimal effort to put together and is a great way to present all the paints keeping them tidy and easier for using.I've been creating various models with a 3D printer for a while and have intended looking at painting them and exploring the best ways to achieve good results so this set has been a good way to start learning how to paint models and these paints have been working really well with 3D prints. Each little bottle has a couple of ball bearings to mix the paint when given a good shake and the paint comes out quite easily through the tip.The results have been varied depending on the filaments I use and how I finish the prints but so far I'm finding PLA is giving me better results and especially if I lightly sand the models first and then apply one or two coats of primer. These colours then look awesome and the acrylic colours provide a nice matt looking finish and bring the models to life.Now as I'm new to painting models I wouldn't say I've produced anything as good as the models on the vendors site, not even close, however I'm having immense fun with this set and I'm learning and improving with each model I create. For a set of this size the cost is quite high as you'd expect but the quality of what you get is excellent, however if you're new to this hobby like myself it may be worth looking at some of the smaller sets this vendor produces to get you started. Highly recommended.

These paints are brilliant and have a wide range of colours to suit most painting tasks. These are aimed at Warhammer models but can be used for all model painting. Even if you want to do some small canvas painting, these acrylic paints will be up to the job. For larger canvas these might be a little small and it will probably be worth getting less range and mixing colours to make your money go further.The included stand keeps these bottles organised and kept out of the way. The included brush is mainly for detailing but a great addition for someone getting into painting as an all in one starter kit. The colours are named imaginatively and are geared around models.

This is a pack of 50 paints with a wide range of glittering and shimering war paintsIt comes in a nice box and includes some cool stickers info pack and I love this a paints rack you need to build it yourself but it's easy enough I'm not building mine yet I'm short of space to leave them out on show but I love the fact I can and will in futureThere's some lovely colors here reds, greens, blue, golds, pinkss browns and rusts, these are perfect for painting model soldiers trolls clansI'm going to try and 3D print some figures and see how they apply to that but in terms of normal figures plastic or metal the paint sticks so well these are premium paints no second touches needed in most cases unless detailing they are also great for detailing with its glittery pigments and texture metals leather and things like that will look great I'm not sure If i have seen such diverse color kits this goodif I have they are far more expensiveI think this is fairly priced for 50 premium paints and a rack I like that rack too it's a great addition highly recommended

Wow - this set has blown me away. It arrives in a large, hefty box, full to the brim and beautifully presented.Being such a huge set of paints, it was great to receive the paint stand with it. The stand arrived flat packed and required minimal building to put together. The stand just tops it off - the paints look so impressive in their rack and are great to display.There are 50 paints included in the set - 40 acrylic paints, 3 metallic paints, 3 effects, 4 washes. The bottles include mixing balls and the paints are easily dispensed with the fine tip. The paint caps are colour coded by type and are labelled with wonderful names and colour descriptors. 2 fine brushes are included which are, again, great quality and should last a long time.The paints are fantastic quality and give excellent coverage and have deep and vibrant pigmentation.Couldn’t be happier with this set. Thoroughly recommended for any model hobbyist. The price, though it may seem high, is good when you consider the price per paint pot, and the fact that you have a reusable display rack.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic set of paints, although individual colours will be hard to replace
This is a fantastic set of paints which looks impressively professional when mounted in the supplied rack. The paint itself is easy to apply by airbrush or conventional means and gives good colour coverage. A second coat is not often required. Acrylic paints generally dry quite quickly and these are no exception. The full set is, however, quite expensive given the sheer number of paint containers within it. I would hesitate to commit over £150 to model paints unless the full range of colours was an imperative. The manufacturer sells smaller sets at a lower price. In addition, my experience with sets of paints or coloured pencils is that a small number of colours are used invariably more than others and therefore run out more quickly. It is often very hard to replace specific colours. Nevertheless this set gains a full five stars from me.
great quality paints
I love these paints - I find they are really great quality! A couple of my mini's I didn't prime very well so there was bare plastic, and this paint had no trouble adhering to the plastic. Heads-up, they are Very matte - I have never seen a paint this matte - my preference is satin or semi-gloss, depending what I am making, but that is easily solved with a spray or brush of satin sealer when they are done. As with most (all?) paints, the white and yellow have pretty poor coverage, but 5 coats of paint will do the trick.
Army Painter hits the mark with Fanatic Warpaints
I've been painting miniatures since 1979. and went through the ages if enamels, regular and artist grade acrylics, early Citadel paints, and more. Recently, a lot of miniature paints have been a let down, Citadel paints are great, but their pots kill paint, and I shouldn't have to spend extra money and time transferring them out of poorly designed pots. Others are good to ok, but usually don't have shades I want, to obscure for rural hobby/gaming shops, or too expensive.I've used Army Painter paints for quite some time, and they've been good, to fair, to poor. So upgrading my paint racks, I got their speed paints, and air sets which were very good, but their base paints always had issues. Until now.The reformulated Fanatic line is fantastic! I like the triad system, the coverage, and the vibrancy of colors. A little bit of this paint goes a long way, Thin with just a little water to get ultra smooth coverage, or use with a wet palette for longer working times and easier thinning.The only cons is some of the reds are a bit pinkish.Definitely consider these paints as a staple in your paint arsenal.

Ich habe mir als blutiger Anfänger dieses Warpaint Set gekauft weil ich mich mit dem Thema 3D Drucke bemalen etwas beschäftigen wollte.Ich bin absolut begeistert!Alle Farben kommen bereits mit Mixing Balls, die das Aufschütteln der Farben einfacher machen.Die Farben decken gut, so reichen in der Regel 1-2 Schichten vollkommen aus um eine sehr gut deckende Farbe zu erhalten.Die Washes machen dann den Rest um dem bemalten Objekt einen schönen aber nicht zu doll auftragenden Kontrast zu verleihen.Natürlich wurde der 3D Druck vorher mit einer Grundierung behandelt.Alles in allem würde ich hier sogar 6 Sterne vergeben!Army Painter hat einen treuen Kunden mehr gewonnen :)

Arrivato nei tempi previsti.I colori sono perfetti e molto più conprenti della loro versione precende. Il set comprende una vasta gamma di colori e tonalità che permette di creare varie tonalità, sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto, sopratutto della qualità dei colori.
Exciting Combo Set!
Was hearing too many good things about this set to not pick it up. LOVE the new colour/numbering system and they've done a great job articulating the various shades within a colour set. Can't wait to tackle more models with these paints soon.
