    Took a little to get used to after my previous machine. Very quick to heat up gives the temp readings for both coffee and steam, frothing milk takes around 90 seconds so find myself putting the coffee in the microwave for 30 seconds to reheat, all in all good machine for the price. Bought because it came with the grinder (needed a new one) grinder is very good getting beans to a fine grind with ease in around 20 seconds. Took out a 4 year warranty as my last two machines (not this make) only lasted around 18 months, only being used twice a day, so time will tell with this one and whether the warranty is worth the paper it is written on.

    Bought this machine because I have had more expensive ones (delongi) which were great but they have got to expensive for me. So I thought I would try this brand, and very glad that I did its as good if not better than the other ones I have had. It is well made and feels very robust.

    Water tank has been damaged, there's small chip missing and some little cracks, also I can't even fit my small cups in unless you drink from a thimble

    Takes too long to make coffee. Have to warm it first then fiff faff about. Coffee not that hot and water keeps coming from steam inlet into the jug with the milk.

    So it's alright, I personally am having issues with getting the milk hot enough, it feels hot to touch in the jug but immediately goes cold when poured into a mug. It steams but doesn't really froth the milk which could be user error but I am training to be a barista so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing. The espresso part itself is decent and the grinder is really good.Personally I'm not a fan of it though.
