    Product arrived in good time and in good condition however please note THE MOUSE IS NOT ERGONOMICAL AT ALL. Worked straight away and no issues connecting to multiple devices. I have had some issues with the mouse lagging majorly and all the advice (swol8ft and we'll delivered) by the manufacturers didn't work however since I've ditched the mouse pad and am using the mouse directly on the table I don't seem to be having any issues for a while now.The keyboard is supercomfortable. Even though "page, home, end" buttons are extremely difficult to use.

    It is great for sore, stiff fingers. And my typing has improved. Comfort 4 instead of 5 stars becuase of no backlight. An excelent well thought out keyboard.

    I got this product on the 1st Sept 2024, already the connection is struggling. I am having problems with both the mouse and keyboard.****AVOID**** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Keyas are prone to miss unless struck heavily, not the best keyboard d for a touch typist. Wouldn't recommend d this keyboard.

    Keyboard is ok , much better than others but mouse already damaged and internal packaging damaged right at that point. This must be a prior return and not happy with purchase. Requesting partial refund for the mouse cost atleast as I am tired of trying to find proper ergo combo now, especially after sending 3 previous ones back. Mouse sensitivity has to be setup way up otherwise it’s terribly laggy.
