I loved going back to basics and creating your lunch meats with wholesome ingredients. I enjoyed seeing the receipts and learning how to make your meats taste good. A good reference to go back to.
Great approach to healthy satisfaction
Easy and simple directions, clear supporting information and concept. Well written with a nod to those of us who don't want to give up a great sandwich in order to be healthy as well as those who are already on that track. I recommend.
Not a companion to ham maker
Bolo suggested that people who bought ham maker bought this book. No instructions with ham maker and nothing in this book either. No mention of it or any help how to use it. Not really any recipes just suggestions. Thank goodness for youTube-could have saved money. Book must have originally been ebook and couldn’t take you to the information, may have been there somewhere but what I needed wasn’t.
