I was concerned about the low price of these and thought it might mean the quality isn’t the best. While they do feel a little thinner and cheaper than others available, it was a nice surprise to find out how well they worked!I had a double sized quilt/duvet to store away and as it was quite new it was quite fluffy and large and wouldn’t fold up. When I saw the size of the jumbo bag (about the size of a sleep pillow) I really didn’t think the quilt would fit in there. It took some stuffing and two people to seal the top of the bag with the handy closing tool, but we managed to pack it in there and it stayed closed! There were also no rips or other damage to the bag itself, which took a bit of a beating while we were stuffing the quilt inside.The pump is made of a quality plastic. I dreaded using the manual pump and thought it’d be a work out but it turned out to work fairly fast and was very smooth with little resistance! In about 5 min I got the quilt down to about a 20cm by 30cm square block that will be much easier to store than a large fluffy quilt.The pump valve on the bag is strong with a nice quality rubber seal, and it has a twist on cap that also stops air getting in around the seal.Overall for only 9.99 I really can’t complain much. They are a bit thinner than expected and the jumbo bag isn’t as big as I’d hoped, but it is a great starter set to start storing away some of the bulkier items you don’t use regularly.

Wow, these bags are amazing. I have bought bags before but they were all thin and didn't last long. These bags are thick and the valve keeps the bags nice and vacuumed.

I was so impressed at how easy it was to shrink my summer clothes, some towels and a duvet but then very disappointed that the bags had filled with air when I went back a few minutes later. There is obviously a design fault somewhere and I will be returning sadly.

The pump was not very good to suck air out ! Bought for a holiday that needed to provide own bed linen so used the hoover for outward journey and used pump on return journey but not able to get the air out so had to squeeze into case ! So don’t recommend if you don’t have access to a hoover !
