    UPDATEThe seller reached out after the refund and replaced the product which shows their commitment to good customer service. Although my partner hasn't worn this much yet, the readings are very detailed and surpass the high end smartwatch with ECG I got my partner for monitoring their arrhythmias. Exporting reports is quite easy too.-----------Initial review: Got this for my partner who was advised to monitor their potential AF. As soon as I took it out of the box and tried to clip it on the charger (no rough movement) the clips spring broke and launched itself nearby so unless I held it down with my hand constantly, it wouldn't charge. When my partner put it on it would lose connection constantly even after I advised them to leave their phone nearby but not have it very close to the monitor.

    I ordered this as I have AF and have had this condition for many years. I take prescription drugs in order to manage the condition, but as the years pass, other conditions and the increasing years all have an affect on our general health.So, why this product? I decided that it would be a great advantage to be able to monitor my own heart condition rather than rely solely on a sporadic check completed by my physician on an ad hock basis. In so doing I hope it will provide me with a heads up of any change to my condition that persists, at which point I could then report said change to my doctor.The unit. It arrived well packaged in a branded box that looks professional. On opening it up the various contents are really quite self explanatory and simple to apply to your chest. After charging the device I proceeded to apply it to my chest, after setting up the App. This set up was really simple and the App does a good job of displaying the relevant data.Depending on the length of your test will dictate where you retrieve and analyse the data.I was not surprised by the results that I achieve, as the heart rate reflects that I am always in a state of AF, but it is reassuring that from time to time I can conduct a self test and see if there has been any significant change to the abnormal rhythm. Thankfully, to date, there has been none so I have not needed to share any data, but it is reassuring to know that this is a standard feature I can use if needed.A clever product, at a premium price that provides a degree of confidence in your own health, which I consider is a priceless benefit of this clever device.

    Whilst I like this product, and it works better than its predecessor (ER1), I have a major problem with it. The electrode pads. The ER1 (the previous model) could use any commonplace electrode pads. However, for the ER1-LW, Wellue clearly decided they weren't getting enough consumables sales, so they changed the size of the pop-stud connector so that you can't use it with regular aftermarket ECG electrodes. This means there is only one supplier for pads compatible with the ER1-LW - Wellue - and that's a problem. Partly because they hold the market to ransom and can charge whatever they like, which is a lot. But the major issue for me is that the adhesive or fabric they use really irritates my skin, to the point of taking skin away with them when I peel them off after 24 hours. That means I can only take shorter recordings, have to alternate the locations, and can't do too many too often or I'm left with damaged skin that has to heal before I can risk another try. I don't even have particularly sensitive skin, so goodness knows how people who do will cope.

    Fantástico dispositivo, es de una derivación pero tiene una IA muy buena con una gran cantidad de información, de eventos comunes y no tan comunes, toda la info que da es totalmente confiable, está contrastada y es literal. Tiene las limitaciones de un dispositivo de una derivación pero sin duda es el mejor aliado para poder monitorizar el estado de tu corazón, mucho mejor que el Kardia 6l que aunque sea de 6 derivaciones su IA solo aplica en una de ellas y tiene eventos escasos y básicos.

    Habe mir das Gerät bestellt um bei sportlichen Aktivitäten mein Herz bis zur OP selbst überwachen zu können und Störungen selbst einzuschätzen. Wichtig war für mich eine leichte Anwendung und störungsfreie Tragbarkeit beim Sport. Ebenso wichtig ist der Eventtracker, welchen mal selbst aktivieren kann um die Stelle im EKG zu markieren. Bei starken Unregelmäßigkeiten markiert das Gerät auch selbständig. Ich habe mir für 21 Euro für 3 Monate noch die Vip-Analyse App aufs Handy geladen. (1 Jahr kostet 80 Euro). Somit habe ich bei Internetempfang sofort das Ergebnis. Für den PC ist das Ergebnis kostenlos und fast genauso umfangreich. Das Gerät kommt tatsächlich zu den selben Ergebnissen wie das 12-Kanal-EKG in der Klinik. Die jeweils stündliche Auswertung umfasst alle Parameter, welche Auftreten können. Ich werde die relevanten Berichte ausdrucken und nächste Woche in die Klinik mitnehmen. Die speziellen Elektroden musste ich bei Wellue direkt bestellen. 120 Stück für 50 Euro plus 15 Euro Versand. Ich kann sie aber mehrfach verwenden, indem ich nach Gebrauch die Elektroden entferne. Sie bestehen um den Druckknopf aus Kinesiotape. Das Kinesiotape um den Druckknopf schneide ich ab und ein neues Kinesiotape schneide ich zu - und die Druckknopfaussparung brenne ich mit Lötkolben aus oder stanze sie mit der Lochzange aus. Somit habe ich eine kostengünstige Lösung für die Elektroden gefunden, welche ich bis zu ca. 4 x benutzen kann. Das Gerät kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen, gerade beim Sport, da es ohne Störungen auch bei Erschütterungen, z B. Montainbike, Wandern arbeitet. Als Frau trage ich es in der zweiten empfohlenen Position, d.h., senkrecht am Brustbeinknochen, wo das Brustgewebe auch nicht stört. Die Toleranz beim anbringen der Elektroden ist sehr gross, so dass jeder eine gute Platzierung findet.

    Que ce soit pour l'effort ou pour vérifier si tout va bien, c'est un très chouette appareil.On peut faire une mesure ponctuelle (enregistrements depuis le téléphone - 30 minutes max - avec l'app qui va bien) ou un enregistrement sur 24H (il faut un PC pour récupérer les données et les analyser).Soit on le fixe avec la sangle fournie autour du torse, soit sur un des pectoraux avec des stickers fournis aussi. L'accès à une analyse par IA permet (surtout sur de longs enregistrements) d'automatiquement trouver s'il y a des problemes (extrasystoles, tachycardie, arythmie ou autres).L'affichage intégré est sympa (sans être strictement nécessaire). Il ne faut pas s'inquiéter des variations lors de l'enregistrement. D'abord le système commence par s'adapter (donc les premières mesures vont dans tous les sens)... puis ensuite, l'IA identifie bien les erreurs de mesures.Ca communique en USB (adaptateur fourni) vers le PC, ou en bluetooth vers le telephone. L'autonomie de 24H permet de faire de longues mesures sur au moins une nuit... ou même la journée.
