    I wanted the bacteria to do the job but I think the zinc is doing all the job of mouth refreshing, therefore the result is very short lasting.

    My dentist gave me some strong advice a while ago, not to use mouth wash. Apparently, it kills the friendly bacteria that live in your mouth, and form part of your natural microbiome that helps to protect you against infections and disease. This supplement helps boost those friendly bacteria. I decided to give it a try because I've been troubled by mouth sores and gum inflammation recently, partially due to getting over-worked and run-down.There are 100 pleasant tasting chewy tablets in the tub, and since staring to take one a day I have noticed an improvement in my oral health. My gum inflammation has cleared up, and I haven't had any more mouth sores. Whether or not this is directly attributable to the product I cannot say for certain, but knowing that the additional bacteria are protective is certainly reassuring. Interestingly, they do a good job of keeping your breath fresh too, because the harmful bacteria that causes it is replaced by helpful bacteria instead.I'm a big advocate of promoting gut health and taking care of my microbiome, so this is a welcome addition to my daily routine, and one that I intend to continue with. They're made in the UK too, which is an important factor for me. Top marks.

    I was pleased to sample and test these Vinco Advanced Oral Probiotics for Teeth, Gums and Oral Hygiene.My reasons for using them was that I did have occasional bleeding from my gums and was motivated to try them to try and offset these symptoms.They are simple and easy to consume, and I noticed immediately it certainly gives your breath a fresh mint boost. Importantly after use for approximately seven days I noted that the occasional bleeding from my gums particularly after brushing had subsided.I would certainly purchase them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

    I chew/suck one of these every night after brushing my teeth. They instantly freshen breath, and if you use mouth tape, you can keep your breath smelling great in the morning, rather than morning breath.I don't have any dental issues but this did not benefit health wise in any ways I noticed, although it may be working with the probiotics in the background.The probiotics in theory would outcompete bad bacteria and over time benefit your dental health and oral microbiome.

    Probiotics are everywhere now and here we have them from the mouth and oral hygiene which makes sense.The tablets are easy to take – just chew or suck – once a day and leave a peppermint freshness in the mouth.It's difficult to judge whether these have made any difference to my oral health which is why they dropped two stars. It would be really useful it this came with some sort of litmus test so you could judge their effectiveness when you test again say after one week and then one month.On the plus side they are made in the UK and are vegan friendly.
