5.0 out of 5 stars Note it is a MICROvitamin with some great additions.
Just a couple of notes on negative reviews here.Firstly the 5 pills is due to the quantity and quality of certain ingredients, Brad has stated this multiple times.Secondly it is a *micro*vitamin, it is meant to supplement an already good diet, not to completely replace you entire vitamin needs, so they do/should not all need to meet the RDA values - if this is what you want go for another multivitamin but Brad backs up his reasoning for this pill to exist extremely well on his YouTube channel, so I recommend to watch a number of his videos.
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to swallow
Quick delivery. They are easy to swallow, but when you open the jar they smell a bit fishy which is a bit strange. There is no after taste once swallowed.
1.0 out of 5 stars Contains maltodextrin
It contains maltodextrin. A well known inflammatory sugar on blood vessels
Just the right amount of just the right things.
There are so many vitamins out there, how do you choose the one that is right for you? When in doubt, most manufacturers put more and more stuff into their vitamin, trying to be the one solution for the most number of people. I run away from those products - so many things in them that you just shouldn't have more of - but so many people think of vitamins as "you can never have too much" ... but some vitamins, yes, you can have too much. That's the first thing that turned me on to micro vitamin. It avoids overdosing the vitamins that you shouldn't be getting more of and that you probably get plenty of in your regular diet. The next thing I like is that there's plenty of research in the past 10 years to suggest additional compounds you should probably be taking (like Hyaluronic Acid). Yet, almost no major vitamin manufacturer has chosen to include these in their compounds so far. Why? Maybe because not enough people have heard about it yet. Or maybe it would make the customer have to take two pills and that would be bad for sales when the competitor only needs one pill ...All in all, this is the best vitamin, for me, on the market today. The downsides: it's 5 pills. I have an easy time swallowing pills, so I can do all 5 with a bit of water, no issue. The other downside, $50 / month, it's a little pricy. But it's cheaper than when I was trying to assemble my own supplementation that mimicked these ingredients.Overall, highly recommend.
avoids megadosing, and the creator explains every decision
I guess it's time to admit that I'm in middle age now and I need to work a little harder to take care of myself. I've always been suspicious of multivitamins because they are mostly designed around megadosing. If you are worried that you aren't getting quite your daily recommended intake of vitamin A, for example, do you really want to start taking a pill that blows past that recommendation and gives you 10 times your recommended dose? That seems to be the kind of thinking employed by most supplement makers. In contrast, this supplement assumes you are eating well and getting most (but not all) of what you need, but gives you a little extra to put you over the top. There are real harms from excessive doses of many common micronutrients, so this is a much more sane approach.I also like that the creator of this supplement has an active youtube channel where he explains his thinking and the research behind his decisions about what to include and what dosage to include in this supplement. You can disagree with his interpretation of the research and your individual lifestyle may lead you to different conclusions, but at least he is willing to stand up and justify his claims. He has also been willing to change his mind in the past when new research comes out, which a kind of intellectual integrity that I respect. There is a lot that we don't know about nutrition, so somebody whose approach evolves over time as new information becomes available is someone I feel more comfortable trusting. This is also a perfect subscribe-and-save product. I have a couple bottles delivered every couple months, and I expect to stick with this product for a long time to come.
5x per day
I'm not sure how I feel about these. There may be improvements in my overall health after taking these for the last few weeks...nearly the entire bottle as of today, but improved weather and being outside more may also play a part in that and I'm not sure ai notice enough of a change to credit this completely. That being said, yes, my skin does seem to have improved texture and softness...as to how much this contributed, I'm not sure. You have to take 5 tablets a day. I tried to spread them out with my meals, 2 in the morning, one mid-day, 2 in the evening. It took a few days to get into the routine, as I normally do mornings only for vitamins. I think I prefer once per day vitamins, so if you are a busy person, this might not be a good solution...especially since those 5 tablets only still provide you with a micro dose, and not a full RDA. I also feel they are too costly for the extra work and smaller dose.
Phenomenal results in just 14 days!
After watching Dr. Brad Stafield’s YouTube videos, I started taking this daily low-dose microvitamin 2 weeks ago, and the results are really nothing short of amazing! My skin has improved noticeably (mid 30s) due to the hyaluronic acid. The texture has gotten smoother, less wrinkles and glowy. One of the most surprising benefits was an increase in sexual stamina. Haven’t done any official testing yet but my feel is my testosterone is higher. My workouts have also gotten stronger with the 500mg of TMG. I feel more energetic throughout the day, and productivity at work have also gotten sharper.Taking 5 capsules a day might sound like a lot, but the smooth coating makes them very easy to swallow with water in one go. Just a heads-up: make sure to keep the pills in the original bottle and not in a daily pill box, as the ingredients are sensitive to moisture in the air.All in all, this is not for everyone but is a great low-dose microvitamin for those already have a well-rounded diet and thrive to supplement essential elemental minerals that supports everything from cognition to mens vitality, exercise performance and skin health. Highly recommend!
Finest Multi-Vitamin Multi-Mineral Supplement on the Market
This product really stands out for its exceptional reliance on robust contemporary scientific research to select its comprehensive list of ingredients and their specific dosages. Each component, from essential vitamins like Vitamin C and D, to trace minerals like Selenium and Chromium, is included and dosed according to the latest nutritional science to ensure optimal health benefits. Notably: no unnecessary mega-dosing! More is not necessarily better, and can, in fact, be harmful in some cases. Also, max bioavailability is considered in this formulation; for example, using Methylcobalamin for Vitamin B12 and L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate for Folate shows a commitment to using forms that are more effectively utilized by the body. This is truly a deeply scientifically-grounded nutritional supplement, not something purely motivated by marketing and/or the latest health fads. I'm thrilled this exists.
