    Ingredients

    The active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride (0.1% w/v). The other ingredients are: sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium chloride, disodium edetate, levomenthol, cineole, sorbitol, polyoxylhydrogenated castor oil (macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate) and purified water.

    Handy little bottle, fresh medicinal smell. I struggle with squeezing contents out. The top is hard plastic, bit awkward for me. Nose felt great,L after use. Fast action, cleared ninuses as soon as I used it.

    a highly effective spray whose effect lasts for about 10 hours. Start working very quickly and helps open the airways, making it easier to breathe. Moisturizes, the taste is not very good because it is a strong spray.

    Love this stuff whenever I'm feeling a bit blocked, does its job very quickly. Proper fresh feeling when used too, could be a bit strong for some but I like that 'wake you up' hit.Tends to run down fairly quickly but a spray will keep you free for a good few hours.

    I've used otrivine many times in the past but this one really burns my nose. I would go for one that doesn't have menthol in next time.
