    This is a very high quality Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract. Lion's Mane is really great to support with Cognitive health and I have previously been using it mixed in hot water as a tea and I have always found it super helpful and beneficial.I was really pleased when LLS brought this as I really trust this brand as they provide really clean and high quality supplements.What I like about this is it is third party tested and the bottle itself has a QR code which you can scan to see the certificate. The Lion's Mane is pure, organic with no other fillers and it also has a very high amount of Beta-Glucans which makes a big difference in its efficacy.I have been taking two capsules in the morning daily and I find it really allows me to have a calm and focussed mind. No side effects. Great supplement and brand. Highly recommend this.

    Been taking the Lions Mane for nearly a week now, the tablets are easy to swallow and I've felt a difference during my day. I've had slightly less brain fog than usual, which is weird as you don't realize you have a bit of brain fog - until you don't have it. I've also noticed more alertness and even moods in general. It's not a transformative amount, but slight, enough to notice.I will update my review if anything changes, as lifestyle factors can play a part too, but all I know is right now, I am taking it, and I feel a little better than I did without taking it.

    For:I’m always excited when LLS launch a new product, and this is no exception. I’ve been using Lions Mane for a few years now but never knew there was a premium way to source the mushrooms from the fruiting bodies rather than the Mycelium Grown on Grain, so thank you for this, and for your continuous pursuit to provide the cleanest, purest and most potent supplements on the market. I also love that there is a CoA and that the bottle contains a 2-month’s supply.I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks now, and I stopped taking any other forms of Lions Mane in an attempt to establish as best I could how this product impacted me, and it did. As a parent of a 2 year old who on some days has to be up at 04:30, sometimes with broken sleep, I can tell you that the days are long, and so I’m always looking for ways to ensure my productivity is high. I manage my caffeine intake and therefore do not consume on a daily basis, and so when something is working, I know. This last week or so I have carried out a number of chores I’ve been putting off for a while, or waiting for the right time to attack. One day in particular I hadn’t stopped all day and remember thinking to myself where had all this mental energy had come from, so yes, for me this product will remain in my arsenal for the foreseeable.Neutral:A full price the product could be considered on the high side, but then you pay for quality so this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but some may put some off paying this on a continuous basis.Against:I always like to provide some form of critical feedback, but I’ve got nothing. Well done LLS, keep up the good work. Lifelong customer right here, and I hope to meet you all in person at some point in the not too distant future.

    Very important as cognitive enhancers during menopause in women if forgetting words is a symptom like me. It’s meant to improve memory, great for focus and supports concentration as apparently it can increase cell growth in the hippocampus.Adding this mushroom as part of my every day diet makes me really happy even if it is as a supplement as part of my heathish diet until the main food industry catches up and cultivate it in the UK and add to supermarket shelves for us to consume freshI have seen a tiny improvement during these 2 weeks so far. I will continue to monitor and if it keeps helping I will add to my monthly subscription for sure.

    I'll continue to use Lions Mane. I think sometimes challenging to analyse positives vs negatives when adding a single supplement into your daily routine. I'm pretty sure I follow most reasonable guidelines regarding sleep, alcohol, stress, exercise etc, so when I read about Lions Mane I wondered how much of a difference it could/would make.So I added it to my armoury of supplements, well, three others, to see if it'd help. My (completely unscientific) response is yes, I do feel like it helps/works. I feel a little more calm during those busy days at work (in front of a computer), my sleep score/quality has improved since starting to use Lions Mane (according to my sleep tracker) however I've not stopped taking it at any stage yet so it'll be interesting to see the effect if/when I forget/run out.I get the feeling I'm a little more focussed during the working day and this is the only change I've made recently. The summer is approaching so that no doubt helps a little too.Certainly I had no gastric/tummy issues with the product, very easy to swallow, sensibly sized capsules, so in summary, no dramas, I think it works, and I'll continue to use it.
