I have tried various types of this organic black seed oil, and this one tastes far superior to my previous ones. My black seed oil came in a plastic bottle and I would have preferred it to be in a glass bottle as some people have indicated theirs was delivered in, hence the dropped star. I use the oil orally, and as a massage on my dry skin. The black seed oil doesn't leave my skin greasy, and sorts out my dry skin extremely well . I have also noticed my hair is in much better condition since taking this product. This item is 100% black seed, cold pressed, and unrefined, so all of the good stuff and with no fillers or being heat treated. I will continue to buy this product, It's super value, great quality and seems to work very well, therefore it's 4* from me folks.

I have been reading so much about black seed oil over the last couple of years that I figured it was about time that I gave it a try. I went for this liquid format rather than capsules or gels as I have no problems consuming any kind of oil. I liked this one very much due to it being organic and cold pressed. The concentration of Thymoquinone seems very good as apparently this is one of the things that causes the benefits to health. Apparently you can take this orally or apply it topically but I can't say how effective the latter is as I've just taken it orally. This bottle has a quarter of a litre in it, which for the price seems like good value for money. I found taking it was easy as the texture seemed nice and smooth and the flavour was not unpleasant at all.

It is as claimed cold pressed black seed oil. I have no complaints.It's got a rather bitter taste as expected so I would never just have a teaspoon by itself. I've been adding a little to smoothies, porridge or if I'm baking something that needs oil. I probably wouldn't try frying with because it seems thicker than most cooking oils which makes me think it wouldn't heat quickly and unlike baking a significant amount of the flavour would remain.

The smell is delightful and this tastes great. I buy a teaspoon in my black coffee and it transforms the taste of the coffee and also keeps your breath fresh for around 6 hours. The benefits of black seed oil is multiple and I use it to kick start my metabolism in the morning. I have used this every day and lost 2lbs in 2 weeks, and that’s by not changing anything else in my diet. It states it’s organic so it really is value for money for a high quality product.

Black seed oil is believed to be good for your overall health by many cultures for hundreds of years. This bottle is a more convenient way of accessing that benefit. I put some in my morning black coffee and find I am better for it rather than without it. You do need to be careful with the bottle as it can easily spill so best to use it on the kitchen worktop just incase.It is reasonably priced and for best value, the 500ml is the better option. Overall it's just as good as others I hAve tried, maybe a little better then some brands. I don't mind the taste as I have it with coffee

Special “gratitude” for those who thought of a bottle opening design that could spill the entire product, ruining your outfit, carpet and bed sheets with one attempt, without a single drop in the intended container. It’s super “useful” to have three large openings around the tiny, tiny dozer, I have to admit! Can’t talk about the oil properties outside getting it off fabrics (wouldn’t recommend the activity, it’s no fun) as there’s barely anything left! So, thanks for the few hours of unpaid labour, I bought with this product.. I guess 🤬🤬🤬
