5.0 out of 5 stars An Accessible Source of Ashwagandha
I ordered these caplets because I use the supplement Ashwagandha already, and I was looking for a palatable form.On the positive side, this product arrived in a waterproof pouch with no excess packaging. The dose is two tiny dry tablets per day and so easy to take. Be aware, these tablets are not Ashwagandha alone, but also contain a dose of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, L-Tryptophan, the calming herbs Lemon Balm and Chamomile and the spice Black Pepper.I have had success with Ashwagandha in the past for stress relief, and those of Chamomile and Lemon Balm, so it wasn't a surprise that they worked. I am happy with the small quantity of black pepper which assists my arthritis. Naturally, I have researched the use of these against any other medications I take. For me, the price of £8.69 per pouch is appropriate; the product is easy for a person like me with visual disabilities to access and to take. There are no negatives, so I give it five stars.
4.0 out of 5 stars An interesting stack...
I've been taking ashwagandha for a while now and it' fair to say I'm a big fan, so it was interesting to try this stack which comes with additional ingredients which purport to enhance the calming benefits of the ashwa. After a couple of weeks use I can't say I've really noticed anything significantly different to the regular ashwagandha I take daily, but I can say they seem to be a good quality, standard sized caps which are easy to swallow and tasteless. 60 capsules at two per day is only a month's supply which means they're not the best value, but still a nice option with additional ingredients so well worth your attention.Recommended!
5.0 out of 5 stars Good source of ashwagandha
Small capsules easy to swallow. 30 servings per pack and a good dosage. But price seems a bit high for a months supply.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice
I purchased these to help alleviate stress and improve my sleep quality.Reviewing supplements can be challenging because their effects can be subtle or take time to manifest. Therefore, I'll focus on the physical aspects of the product, but I can say I haven't experienced any negative side effects from these pills. The product comes in a pouch containing 60 ashwagandha capsules. Each tablet provides the equivalent of a whopping 4,000mg of ashwagandha. The capsules don't leave any aftertaste, which some supplements do.As well as ashwagandha, the capsules contain lemon balm and chamomile, as well as some vitamins. TBH I don't find these additional ingredients to add any more of a calming feeling than other, pure ashwagandha supplements. Still, the price is reasonable, and I'm sure these things are good in the long run.A notable advantage of the pouch and tablet form is the reduced packaging, which uses significantly less plastic compared to a typical tub. Plus, the compact packaging can easily fit through a letterbox for convenient delivery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Calming Ashwagandha capsules
These capsules contain Ashwagandha along with several vitamins and amino acids. They are versatile and can be used for several purposes, I used them to calm myself during a recent flight I took. They made me feel less anxious and more peaceful, now I can't guarantee they'd work for you the same way as we are all different after all. The texture of these capsules makes them easy to swallow and it's clear they are made with carefully chosen, quality materials. For the price, I feel they are provide excellent value for money and I recommend them.
