    The product is easy to apply and sets in a reasonable time however the thickness of coat when set is rather excessive when touching up small patches. Whether this is due to the rather clumsy brush applicator supplied as an integral part of the container lid or the product itself I am not sure. The product does however does seal the rust off and inhibits further rusting.Good value.

    First off, please don't use this on your car: when care bodywork starts to rust then it really needs to be cut out and replaced. Applying "rust converter" won't fix rusty panels.Where it does work well is on metal components that are generally kept out of the elements, like mechanical tools in a garage.Here, it's a decent first line of defence.But honestly, you should address the source of the rust first, grind back affected parts, and treat as necessary.
