5.0 out of 5 stars Panasonic At Its Apogee Once More

Gorgeous form, style and colour scheme. The side navy panel, contrasted with the black top and front panels are simply gorgeous to behold in one's kitchen. Not to mention the simply beautiful, golden handle with which to open-&-close the ever-essential cooking basket of an air fryer. The cooking presets have worked marvelously till now. Have cooked a range of things in the air fryer, such as bacon rashers (batch cooking), fries (tasty, less oil than deep frying but they took me 'bout 40 minutes to fully crisp with a golden hue at the full operating temperature of 200 degrees Celsius on the 'chips pre-set'; don't know if I'd bother doing that again. Maybe every once-in-a-while) and tofu (I crisp them after having splashed some Kikkoman Mirin-Fu and Organic, bottled Sunflower oil over them on the 'steak pre-set' for 'bout 16 minutes total and they turn-out wonderfully flavoursome each-and-every time) to name but a few of the things I cook / bake in it, even though these are mostly foodstuffs the Sun newspaper stated an air fryer couldn't cook convincingly! All-in-all, an excellent buy on the Bolo split payment option at better-than-half-price plus further discounts during the last Prime Member Days Deals. A real credit to Bolo having been a stockist of this electrical good. Paid-off the split payment ahead of time which is an option I love to have. Needless-to-say, it's a dream-to-clean and extremely simple to utilise. It's simply marvelous to see Panasonic from Nihon being in such top form on the electrical market. Not-to-mention, their latest 4k, Oled TVs!! Although, we're still at 4k screens only?! Wishing them all-the-best for their shining future. Panasonic, what a brand on the Bolo network!
5.0 out of 5 stars Panasonic 6L Air Fryer
A well thought out and designed air fryer. Clearly superior quality as you would expect from Panasonic. The steam injection system works well and crisps items like chicken. The see through window and light are clearly a bonus. I don’t know why but it seems to cook quicker than my previous air fryer. Easy to clean and operate; I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for specific needs
I've only had this for a short time but so far so good. After my isitial 5 star review I have reduced it to 4 stars because of another drawback, but for me it's still 5 stars.Pros:- It's sleek, good looking, and compact, taking up very little counter-top space, great for small needs like mine- The steam facility is good for things that might otherwise come out too dry, like toast- Dead-easy to use and has a preset for toast- The large viewing window and light is a big plus- It's quiet- The best thing I've ever tried for roasting peppers to remove their skins (but this is possibly true for all air dryers which have a steam facility). Not really Cons but:- It's small which suits me but it means that most air fryer accessories are a tiny bit too big or too small for it. It's hard to find racks, trays, loaf tins, etc which are the perfect size.- As a Japanese make, I thought it would be made in Japan, but like most all other air-fryers, it's made in China and I hate that we have to rely on one country for most of our imports, especially one which has questional human rights issues.- Like with many such products, the initial chemical smell hasn't been elimated in the factory before going on the shelf so we, the customers have to do this. The smell is from the solvents and other chemicals used in the manufacture of the non-stick coatings. They are not dangerous but are not pleasant. Before using it to cook food, just wash it well, open the windows, turn it on at 200⁰ for 15 minutes a few times. Shame the manual does not provide instructions for this but the manufacturer probably doesn't want to admit this is an issue.- some reviwers don't like the fact this machine only cooks up to 200c but who needs to cook at 240c? Machines which could do that will have associated drawbacks. Recipes for fan ovens always say to cook at 20c less than non-fan ovens. An air-fryer is a fan oven!- the drawer itself should not go into a dishwasher, only the tray. While other makes say the drawer can go into the dishwasher, this will eventually rust and damage any screws. And it would cloud the viewing window. You can use a liner for greasy food and it's so easy to clean, why take up so much space in the dish-washer?VerdictThis is my first air dryer and I understand the hype now. The problem is there are so many makes and models and so many unhelpful reviews. I would have given it only 4 stars because of it being made in China but I couldn't find anything suitable which wasn't. And also beacuse of having to deal with the initial chemical residue smell. But the ease of skinning peppers is a life changer and worth 10 stars.
5.0 out of 5 stars Panasonic Air Fryer
The size of this air fryer is perfect for 1 or 2 persons. It has been designed well with the see through glass on the door so you can view what’s cooking without opening the draw and loosing some of the heat. Have used this twice for fillet of salmon and chicken breasts and both were cooked perfectly in it. Highly recommended.
5.0 out of 5 stars First time user.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best purchase ever
This was the best purchase ever I can say. Good quality air fryer from a trusted brand. We have been using to fry chicken with various Indian spices. Best to make Egg Puffs and other pastry food.
4.0 out of 5 stars Recommended. Works fine
I haven't used air fryers before to compare but this seemed to be doing a really good job. I don't know if the water function does a big change but I do know this has been a timer saver for me. I don't have to use the oven anymore. Nothing to complain. Easy cleaning, Good size. But wish there were multiple stories. safe to use. Cooks well but heats only from the top. Some times to get the perfect level you need to turn them over.
4.0 out of 5 stars Convenient handy Fryer
Not had an Air Fryer before but so far not bad. Very handy and convenient Fryer. Easy to Clean and quite easy to use recommend.
