So you strap this onto yourself by securing a couple of velcro straps, it's all very intuitive and the velcro feels secure, you can make it really quite tight so it functions as a bit of a back brace as well providing pretty decent support while ensuring the heating part is pressed firmly against your back where you want it.Power is supplied by a removable power pack (like what you can charge phones with). It's surprisingly small and slim. It is USB-C in to charge (the pack comes with a USBA to USBC cable though it is very short) so it's easier if you have your own USB A to USB C cable and of course you'll need a plug as that isn't provided.The power pack charges fairly quickly up to the last of 4 charging indicator lights, it takes a bit longer to fill up the final light and become fully charged (I think this is a common thing that preserves the life of the battery). You slot it into a pouch on the belt and plug it in to a USB adaptor in that pouch to then provide power to the pad. The pad has three heat functions (low / med / high) and a few different vibrating massage patterns, you can control these both independently with easy presses of buttons on the pad and they illuminate with different colours so it's easy to tell which function you are on, you don't need to guess.I wanted strong heat so have only been using the "high" heat option and thankfully it delivers. It gets really quite hot against you, especially as the minutes tick on, any more would probably be a tad too much so really that is perfect!The vibration function is surprisingly strong. Since it shakes the pad off your back a little it has the effect of making it feel cooler, so is good if you are feeling it get a bit too warm but don't want to turn the heat down or take it off. I'm not sure that it provides any deep massage benefits since it's just vibrations but I've found if you put the vibrations on as you're about to do a movement that might cause some pain (like getting out of a chair) it seems to help lessen that pain.The battery seems to last a bit over an hour on the high heat setting (the instructions state 2.5 hrs but I suspect that is on the lowest heat). You need to tap it on every 30 mins as it auto-shut offs then which is a good idea. This is better battery length than I was expecting given the strength of the heat and is fine as after that length of time you should be taking a break from the heat anyway.Also if you have a long enough USBC charging cable to make it practical, you can charge it and use it at the same time while sitting near a plug if you really want to.Overall very happy with this, I have bought a few electric heat products before and they have usually turned out to be underwhelming but this really delivers and also feels like a high quality product so I'd say it is good value for the price. I just hope it lasts!

I slipped a dusk in my back and after 2 weeks could hardly walk still. I tried painkillers heat stretches all the tricks no luck. Brought this, the very next day i was mobile again, still in some pain but mobile, after using it for a week it has sped up my recovery brilliantly. The heat combined with vibration forced all the tension to let go, what a relief.The hot setting is actually hot, ive used other power banks with it fine and the vibration rattles my teeth ha ha. Only 2 things i dislike, its a little noisey and the pocket for the power bank could use a flap to keep the contents more secure.I use it at home and in the car after work to relieve the built up tension.Im a big girl size 20 and it fits fine even without the extension belt.Overall extremely happy and i hope it lasts a long time.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this belt as I've tried many others with so-so results but this belt is the best one it's really helped my lower back pain it's easy to set up and provides good heat and vibration.My only gripe is that the battery is rather small in capacity (5000 mAh) so I bought a 20000 mAh battery pack which gives me more flexibility.

I bought this to help with back pain due to wedge fractures in my spine but unfortunately I found it too heavy so wearing it made the pain worse.However my partner wore it and said he quickly noticed an improvement in his pain. It helped loosen his lower back muscles and he was very impressed the product.He found it easy to adjust the size and comfortable to wear. He found it easy to adjust the settings while wearing. The vibrate is loud but beneficial.

This product was great and gave me relief for my back pain. Unfortunately I’ve gone to use it this evening and it is not working. The battery pack is fully charged. I have no alternative but to return it.

After my vehicle with heated seats was totaled in a not at fault accident, everyday activities now prove challenging and this product is great in my beater car. It serves its purpose to give dry heat to my screaming back during the day. Doesn't get quite as hot as my home one but definitely worth it! Heats up quickly (I use setting H), soft yet keeps its form in the seat as I get in and out repeatedly throughout the day.
Not super warm
We are a bit disappointed in the level of heat. It simply does not get that hot. We bought 3 and it's the same for all units. We tried it inside on a Ac to 12 volt converter and the same result. We kept them but aren't really that happy. A bit more hat and I'd call them perfect.Nice controller. We want ed to be able to have them come on once 12 volts is provided but you need to turn it on manually every time.

Super idée cadeau, remplacement bouillotte
Depuis que j'ai offert ce cousin chauffant, ma compagne l'emporte à chaque fois lorsque l'on part en voyage. Elle l'utilise depuis un an et rien à signaler, elle fonctionne toujours très bien 👍Cela remplace complètement une bouillotte, c'est extrêmement simple d'utilisation. Pas besoin de bouillir l'eau, pas de risque de se brûler, pas besoin de la réchauffer et c'est vraiment rapide. Quelques instants au maximum, puis après le niveau 1 suffit.
