    We had an old paper based clocking mechanism which has now been replaced by this fantastic digital solution. The quick start guide combined with online tutorial really helped in setting this up. The gadget looks very smart and is lightweight and small. Extremely simple to use and you get all the data via U disk. Perfect device where you can generate reports. Great gadget for managing payroll. Brilliant features at a reasonably priced.Hope you find this review helpful.

    The media could not be loaded. This machine is great but only for very small business, this is not payroll friendly device or software since all reports are generated onto physical memory stick and in order to pull information, manager has to copy file and send it across to payroll which then have to read every single person individually. I does great job however for some small business with up to 15-20 people and when office, accounts and payroll are all in same place. This is very cheap clocking machine so cannot expect a lot but for basic time registering this is great. Every employee new to register their fingerprint as well rfid card if you going to use one. After that, all it takes is placing finger on the screen and it does record time. Colour screen in useful to navigate through registering process or settings. Device feels very cheap and light but honestly, it supposed to be hung on wall and just used for clocking so quality doesn’t matter that much. Fingerprint sensor works 90% of the time, sometimes it will ask to try again, not too bad for £40 machine really.
