I've no idea if these are any good, we have to trust suppliers to make a good quality product.However, I was surprised to see a small pill holder inside the pack. This cheap and nasty item was in a small plastic bag that was split open, which did not seem at all hygienic. The plastic bag and pill holder should not be sealed up inside the pack, contaminating the contents. It's also a waste of plastic, as most will be thrown away. So if the makers are reading this, stop it!
