My daughter normally uses ones from piping rock as delivery wasn’t quick I used this wish I hadn’t! She hasn’t slept not one night on them! Waste of money! They make he bounce more if anything don’t waste your time she’s 4 and they have 0 effect I wouldn’t even put 1 star if didn’t have too

My daughter isn't keen on the taste of these and reluctantly takes them.Unfortunately they seem to have little effect on settling her at bedtime and she's still awake for hours after taking them.Magnesium Bis-Glycinate works so so much better but I'm yet to find a chewable version here in the UK with the correct dosage for her so tried these.
