The thing I love most about this is the 80s boom box look and feel to it. The styling has more than a touch of retro cool to it, from the chunky handle to the neon-style lights. It even comes with a carry strap so you can carry it around, street-style!It's not just good looks, though, as it's seriously powerful. You can tell it'll have a big sound from the solid weight to it - not over-heavy, but reassuringly hefty - and big sound it definitely has. The top volume is extremely loud - so much so that you'll rarely use it unless it's for outdoor event music. About mid-way up the volume is more than enough for an indoor max.There's a bass boost, which works a treat. In practice, I've just left that switched on all the time, as it really fills out the sound for pop / rock, but it's a simple button click to toggle it on and off. Likewise, the light show is easy to toggle on and off, and I've also tended to leave that on - it adds a real touch of fun to the unit.Setup was really easy straight out of the box. A long press on the on/off switch, and it was automatically in Bluetooth pairing mode. My iPhone found it straight away, and it was ready to go. Note that there's also a TF card slot in the concealed back panel (which also hides the charging socket), as well as 3.5mm jack access to hook the speaker up to an external source, making it potentially useful as a portable amp for some electronic instruments.USB-C charging is super handy as you can recharge it using a standard laptop charger. It came with about 3/4 charge already so could be tested straight away, and a full recharge lasts for hours of mid-volume play. That makes it ideal as a super tidy, compact and cable-free home speaker too, as it'll only need a charge once a week or so for occasional play. The charge works both ways, with the unit doubling as a power bank - extra useful if you're taking it on an outdoor trip.For a mid-range boom box style speaker setup, I'm impressed at both the build quality and the sound. For portability and performance, I'm giving this a hearty thumbs up.

This thing is insanely loud, like too loud for most day to day situations IMO. Its loud enough to service a small party/wedding/kids disco etc, which I suppose is legitimate use case, but unless you have no neighbours or desire to hold a conversation its a bit much really, especially considering the sound performance mentioned next.Extremely bass heavy, even without bass boost, lends it self to more dance/hip hop/edm music. Mid range is lacking significantly and gets overridden by the bass, vocals are lost and other mid range instruments like guitars/violin/piano get lost if there's bass in the song. I could not rectify this with tuning the EQ on my phone either.At low volume the first few steps are pretty much unusable, then when it starts being at a reasonable listening volume each step up is too much to find a nice balance for actual listening, the jumps are just too big from one step to the next.Build quality is good, its very heavy but in a reassuring way. The battery lasts a good long time (got a weeks worth of evenings in the garden) at a lower volume anyway. The LEDs are a nice touch but aren't very bright so its probably not worth having them on in daylight.All in all if you want something for booming bass and lots of volume its great. If you want something more balanced and suitable for a range of music there are cheaper better options in my opinion.

This bluetooth outdoor speaker is great for day trips or camping, especially beach barbeques, or just sitting in the garden around a fire at night (more quietly, for the neighbours of course). It has bold features and construction designed to catch your attention.This speaker has powerful sound and a nice deep bass, giving an overall excellent listening experience. The beat-driven light adds a fun element, but I prefer them off, especially during night gathering around the fire. With it's built in power bank, this machine doubles as a charger for my devices. This doubling up as a charger does seem to be a features of many devices now, but I prefer to keep the battery power for the speaker itself. It's good to know it's there for emergencies thoughThe speaker delivers some excellent sound quality, even outdoors. I haven't fully tested the claimed 30-hour playtime though, but we've used it lots and there's lots more power in it after just one charge. Its IPX6 waterproof rating makes it perfect for beach and camping trips. I do avoid getting it wet though as I don't want to take the risk.Pros include high-quality sound with deep bass, a long battery life, waterproof and tough, possibly the lights that respond to the music. On the down side, it is however a bit bulky for travel.Overall, this is a fantastic outdoor speaker that combines powerful sound, durability, and long battery life. I do recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable speaker for outdoor use.

Not only does this DOSS Extreme Boom S Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker have a very full and beautiful sound, but it is much less expensive than the comparable JBL series' speakers.

Cette enceinte Bluetooth est une véritable surprise en matière de puissance et de qualité sonore. Sa portabilité est un gros avantage : malgré sa puissance, elle reste facilement transportable, et son autonomie est tout à fait honorable.Son étanchéité IPX6 est rassurante, car je peux l'utiliser sans me soucier des éclaboussures ou de la pluie, ce qui en fait une enceinte parfaite pour les sorties en camping ou à la piscine.En résumé, cette enceinte combine puissance, longévité et robustesse, ce qui la rend idéale pour les amateurs de musique qui cherchent une enceinte performante et résistante pour l'extérieur.
Extremadamente potente y perfecto para uso en exteriores.

Estoy gratamente sorprendido y muy satisfecho con este altavoz, ya que tiene muchas de las características de un producto premium, por un precio algo más económico que los productos de marca con mas reputación. Ha sido todo un descubrimiento.Se trata de un altavoz Bluetooth portátil, muy robusto y extremadamente potente. Personalmente, esta es la capacidad que más me ha impresionado, ya que consigue un sonido potente y envolvente en diversas situaciones, y muy bien equilibrado entre graves y agudos. Tiene 60 W de potencia. Los radiadores pasivos y el botón BASS permiten potenciar los bajos, aunque, en mi experiencia, no es muy necesario y no demasiado notable. Los bajos son suficientes sin necesidad de utilizarlo.Otra de las grandes ventajas de este altavoz es su gran duración de batería. Lo he utilizado el en sesiones de escucha muy largas, y la batería ha respondido perfectamente, por lo que las 25 horas de reproducción que se anuncian están comprobadas. Además, tiene una función que puede ser muy práctica, y es la de utilizarse banco de energía. Es decir, se puede cargar el móvil si fuese necesario.Otro aspecto estupendo es que es waterproof. Tiene resistencia al agua IPX6. Se puede utilizar, incluso si hay algo de lluvia y no lo va a dañar. De ahí que sea perfecto para llevarlo para estar en el campo.Tiene unas luces LED que me han gustado. Eso sí, no se pueden ajustar. Van cambiando de color.Entre los aspectos que se pueden mejorar, quizás indicaría que sería interesante si contara con una aplicación para ajustar el ecualizador.En cuanto a las conexiones del bluetooth, es muy rápida e intuitiva, y alcanza grandes distancias. La he probado a unos 200 metros, momento en el que pierde algo la conexión.Su diseño es muy robusto. El mango permite sujetarlo con facilidad y los botones están muy bien situados, para acceder a ellos sin problemas.En definitiva, estoy muy contento con este altavoz, que ofrece una excelente relacióncalidad-precio. Es extremadamente potente y la duración de la batería es estupenda. Su diseño es perfecto para llevar a fiestas o reuniones, y aunque no sea demasiado sofisticado, es muy robusto y perfecto para este cometido. Y es ideal para uso en exteriores.
