    These pants are very well made with built in padding on the crutch. It discretely gives me confidence against unexpected leaks whilst I look for the nearest toilet. I’m glad I bought them and the seller is so helpful to answer my concerns. They’re a bit pricey for a pack of 3 pants but it’s worth every penny and will be buying more.     The pants are comfortable and give me security re no leakages.The sizing comes up a little small, I bought medium as I am a 10, but they are tight, so then I had to buy a large pack and they fit correctly

    Cannot comment on absrobancy or if leak proof yet but fits well and will take a pad too - useful for hosoital stays after operations...good as a security measure!

    The description given is definitely wrong, they may be ideal for period usage but certainly not for incontinence whether light or heavy. Yesterday I tried a pair out, luckily no-one else with the exception of my husband was with me at the time. I didn't have the normal urge that I need to go to the toilet but as I stood up the flow started and being unable to stop it. It went straight through the pair of these pants I had one running down my legs. I just wanted the ground to swallow me up, I felt so embarrassed. These pants were soaking wet that when I did get to the bathroom I took them off and immediately disposed of them. Certainly not fit for the purpose I purchased them for.No name to be posted as I'm certain you can understand why.

    Size is an XL for an 18/20 and is a perfect fit, good comfy materials and not uncomfortable with a pad in place.Worn with and without pads and haven't had any leaks so far and feel more confident when wearing with a pad and out and about as it's really easy to change out when needed.They do seem a bit pricey but weigh up the pluses and it's worth it.
