Being hypermobile I have struggled to find sandals that don't cause me twisted ankles, hip, knee or ankle pain, and have tried all the usual well known and expensive brands without success. I spent last year hobbling after my family in Italy and needed steroid hip injections after returning. I ordered another famous brand of sandal which unfortunately was too big, I could not get delivery of a replacement before this year's holiday so bought these on the off-chance. I absolutely cannot praise these sandals enough!! For me they have been literally life changing! I spent a fortnight walking around Italian cities in 34° heat and walked around 24000 steps in one day! These sandals are chunky and soft, they have a good stable base so I didn't twist my ankle once despite uneven cobbled streets, I had muscle aches from so much walking but no joint pain! All of the straps have velcro so they fit very snugly, and they are so cushioned it's like walking on clouds! I am definitely going to stock up on a couple of pairs of these in case they disappear! Can't recommend them enough, I wish I could wear them all year! Also they are still as good as new with no signs of wear and tear.

I like the design and the adjustability. As I needed sandals that are * comfortable ** look good *** fit & disguise my bunions **** adjust width following bunion surgery, these fitted the bill.They look good, they really & truly are like walking on air. BUT - they miraculously make you feel energised - wanting to walk faster... so beware. I wore them for the first time today for 6 hours and it was a pleasure. I wore with full length trousers, but I think they'll look good with skirt also as is the fashion. looking forward to wearing them on my travels. Delivery was excellent - pre edd.

I bought these for a holiday to Spain. I have MS so my walking gait is not great so I needed candles with ankle straps.I wore them around the house for about 3 days before I left to check they are suitable.They are pretty and stylish, are comfortable and it’s like walking on air! No blisters, no sore feet. Ordered my regular size 5.5 and it’s a true to size fit. Totally and utterly recommend these!

I have several pairs of these sandals and love them as they are so comfortable after undergoing bunion surgery. I was delighted to see online that the black pair was available with silver appearance glitter - ideal for my upcoming holiday.However when they arrived promptly the glitter was gold in appearance, quite unlike the picture shown. This was unsuitable for my purposes so I had to return them. If the silver was available in future I would happily purchase them.

Super comfy, I don’t want to take them off!The pain in my arthritic knee stopped when I started walking in them, I think it’s because of the reduced impact from the spongy soles through the joints m. Also The sole is so thick it makes me 2 inches taller which helps :) They’re cute & chunky, not the most attractive, but I don’t mind, I feel springy & happy in them :))

Perfect diabetic sandal
They are so comfortable and accommodates my feet as the swell throughout the day. Only con really isn’t a con is where the design is on the straps. Would have looked better if placed at the end not the middle considering I need to losses the strap ..it becomes off center then. But oh well nothing major there. The comfort is awesome. We’re the all day every day and my heel doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t aggravate the nerve pain either. I highly recommend…oh they clean very easily as well.

They are comfortable walking but they do rub up against my ankle.
Comfy and well made
These are great sandals. They are comfortable and well made. I’m recovering from a broken ankle and they are secure and supportive. I can wear for an 8 hour day and walk a mile without blisters. What did they lose a star for? They are a little clunky and orthopedic looking. To be expected, but I long for a more youthful and feminine look as well as good support. Good value for the money.

Oncai Sandals
Foot bed, sole and top part around foot pretty comfortable. Have problems with my feet - left foot surgery 2017 for bunion and hammer toe, have rheumatoid arthritis, hammer toe & bunion on right foot. Like that sole and foot bed are thick and supportive. So far give 4.5. They wear well.
