  • 250g SOUTH AFRICAN-STYLE TOPSIDE BEEF BILTONG: Biltong is the quintessential South African meat snack. Like jerky, biltong is a firm and chewy meat snack with a satisfying taste and dense consistency. Our spiced sliced biltong is topside beef and which is marinaded and air-cooked to preserve the flavour and nutrients. Made from grass-fed beef, our biltong is protein-rich and a fab snack to enjoy on the go.
  • After each piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices.
  • Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being ready.
  • They are then sliced and ready to be packaged.

Sliced Biltong is simply made by thinly slicing whole sticks (pieces) of ready air dried biltong. Due to the fact our biltong is so lean it takes a huge 260g of our freshly marinated topside beef to make 100g of our Sliced Biltong. We also boast a huge 52g of protein per 100g portion! Consistency: Our Original Sliced Biltong is totally lean with no fat and will have a Medium to Medium Well consistency. Ready-to-eat delicious beef snack. Available in 50g, 250g, 500g and 1kg. Carefully selected joints of topside beef of the highest quality. Marinated using natural herbs and spices. Huge 260g of freshly marinated topside beef to make just 100g of our biltong. Over 52g of protein per 100g portion. Original, Peri Peri, BBQ, Garlic Pepper and Smoked Chipotle variants. Topside beef. Grass fed cows. The beef used has passed the highest standards.
