    Acquired item to review, and use on my Baofeng UV-5R.Parcel arrived on time, and well packed. The earpieces came with a spare foam pad per earpiece.Upon testing, after fitting the earpiece, which was comfortable after finding the right orientation to secure behind my ear. Once connected to my two way radio I did find myself having to turn the volume to MAX to be able to hear the speaker. Plus if I gently applied pressure to the speaker against my ear, the volume improved. That said, I wouldn't say this was any worse or better than the same G shape earpieces I've used in the past.My other observation was with the PTT buttons, on both, they rattle when shaken, which was a little strange.At present this twin pack is being sold on Bolo for £16.99 which for a pair would have been good value apart from the quality isn't overly impressive. They just feel cheap. Sure, I appreciate they're not a premium product or overly expensive but the cables are flimsy, PTT rattles, and the sound whilst tangible and clear is low even on max. This is due to the design style which also allows you to hear the surrounding environment, but when in use you really need to do as they do in the movies, place your finger against the speaker to press against your ear to improve the sound.

    I ordered these 2 x microphone/earpiece headsets for my Baofeng and Quansheng radios.I found them to fit well in both products although in the Quansheng you really have to put the connectors in firmly.The ear piece fits on the right hand ear, the mic contains a push to speak button on it and a small clip to clip to your shirt or jacket.The sound quality from both the earphone and microphone were fine.
