    I've only started taking these vitamins, but I've already seen a difference in enhanced energy levels and mood. Similarly I feel more relaxed and calm especially during the start of the day, when I have tended to suffer from high stress and anxiety.     I just received mine and will report on the efficacy of these for sleep in a few days. I am reviewing the taste and texture now because 'Gummies' is a bit far from the truth . These are pasties as they are lemony gritty balls of thick paste with no gumminess at all. (A gummy I imagined was more like a wine gum or fruit gum). They are passably pleasant to taste and easily eaten as they collapse quickly in the mouth without having to suck them. A flavour a bit like a crushed white magnesium tablet tablet with lemon and cornflour.

    I've found these vitamins much easier to take than others I've tried, the taste is quite pleasant and they don't repeat on me or leave a nasty aftertaste. I've been taking these alongside trying to make better choices with my diet and I definitely feel more energised and less sluggish.
