Comfort is everything for me these days, and I'm really not prepared to put up with uncomfortable shoes! I already have a pair of excellent Scholl trainers, so when I saw this range of insoles, I ordered them immediately as I have shoes in all three categories, and am on my feet a lot, often for hours at a time. The insoles come in lovely bright colours: green for the Trainer ones, orange for Work & Boot, and blue for Formal, so I can select the right one for all my shoes - and see if there really is any difference between them!Previously I used to buy cheap packs of insoles from discount supermarkets. They were usually either too thin to provide any comfort or support, or too thick, making the shoe too tight. These Scholl insoles are in a completely different league. They're easy to trim to size, using the handy guidelines, and the grippy bottom ensures that they stay firmly in place, but at the same time, they slip easily in and out of shoes so can be moved from shoe to shoe. The GelWave technology certainly works to give you a real spring in your step, and I found all three types of insoles to be comfortable all day. My feet didn't overheat - and it's reassuring to know that the Scholl Freshfeet fabric coating protects against unpleasant odours!These Scholl insoles don't come cheap, but I think they're well worth it for the comfort and breathability they provide. For me, there's now no going back to packs of cheap insoles from my local discount supermarket!

I got these for my favourite pair of trainers and the insoles are getting a bit worn out, but the trainers themselves are still in good shape.These insoles are a lot thicker and better quality than the ones that came with the shoes. After trimming them to size, it was easy to get them in place. They have been amazing so far and feel so comfortable. I find that they don't slip around at all and couldn't be happier with the. Wish I had got some sooner. Recommended.

I recently tried the Scholl GelActiv Trainer Insoles for Women, and they’ve significantly improved my comfort during workouts and daily activities. These insoles are marketed as offering "all-day comfort" with super shock absorption and springiness thanks to GelWave technology, and they live up to those claims.The first thing I noticed was the cushioning. The gel material in the insoles feels soft yet firm enough to provide excellent support. The GelWave technology gives a noticeable springiness when walking or running, and it reduces the impact on my heels and arches, especially during long runs. I used to experience foot fatigue after being on my feet for long periods, but with these insoles, that discomfort has lessened considerably.The insoles are easy to trim to fit into your shoes perfectly, which is a nice touch. I didn’t have any issues fitting them into my running shoes or trainers. They stay in place and don’t slide around, even during intense movement.One downside is that they can make shoes feel a bit tighter, particularly if your shoes are already snug. But as they mold to your feet over time, that tightness eases up. Another point to note is that while they offer fantastic support during workouts, they might not be ideal for extremely high-impact sports or activities where you need maximum performance cushioning.Overall, I’m impressed with the durability and comfort these insoles provide. They’re great for women who spend a lot of time on their feet or enjoy running and other sports. The shock absorption is superb, making my runs and everyday activities much more comfortable.

The Scholl GelActiv Trainer Insoles are exactly what I need. I had knee injury long time ago but I still feel knee discomfort now and then, especially after exercise. I noticed a big difference in a long walk in the weekend after fitting the insoles in my trainers. My feet and knee feel more comfortable thanks to the soft and thick cushion of the new insoles. The GelWave technology provides good support and shock absorption. I also like its Freshfeet fabric coating. The thin layer of fabric allows the insoles breathable, moisture-absorbing and odor-resistant, thus keeps my trainer free of unpleasant smells. I ordered the size S which are suitable for shoes size from 3.5 to 7.5. There're marks on the insoles for easy trim to the right size. As these insoles are thicker than most original insoles, Spare room in the trainers is required to fit them properly in your shoes.

Compare to my original insoles, the Scholl GelActiv Trainer Insoles are definitely thicker, softer and more comfortable. The GelWave technology cushion absorbs shock and reduce pressure, provide good support for the arch and the back of the feet. The Scholl Fresh feet fabric coating keeps my feet fresh and cool, thus prevent overheating and bad smell. They're available in a UK size 3.5-7.5. It is a bonus to find that they fit in my trainers perfectly without trimming. They have marked lines to for easy trimming to the right size in case you have smaller feet. I found that the insoles move backwards a bit when walking, so I use double side sticky tape to fix the insoles.

These insoles were thinner than I had anticipated but were surprisingly comfortable. They fitted a size 8 trainer nicely without cutting which was a bonus and the arch support was in the right place.I'm not sure that I noticed them being particularly "springy". One foot had some extra gel around the heel area which made them look cheap - it didn't affect the wear but I would be concerned that if there are similar irregularities elsewhere this might.Oddly, there was writing inside the packaging which would only be visible if you broke the packaging up - this was not immediately apparent and was in fact the fitting instructions. I like the idea of saving on packaging and paper BUT these could have been printed on the cardboard inserts that wrapped the insoles and thus been more visible.Knocking a star off for bad placement of instructions and for the irregular heel issue.
