"1. Your shoes’ current insoles are probably removable – take them out first if possible. 2. Place insoles into shoe to test for size. 3. Measure your foot against the gel insole and trim along the marked lines with scissors to get the perfect fit for your feet. 4. Insert Scholl GelActiv insoles gel side down. Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak). "

Excellent quality and value, just the right thickness. Gives a new lease of life to some very expensive boots, in my experience stops blistering on base of heels. I’m also very surprised that it doesn’t slip or slide inside the shoe due it having a sticky base. Easy to adjust to fit if your shoe with the fitting guide.

I used these while I was working warehouse, the place was techy so we had machines bring us the boxes to pack rather than running around picking.Standing for hours was more of a pain than walking and this worked a charm for dissipating the weight so I could stand a couple extra hours before I wished my legs didn't work. But seriously, they work great, very comfortable and a great replacement for cheap insoles found in cheap boots. Good value and fit my size 11 without cutting(left me confused though full size is supposed to be size 12, so something is lying) and seems pretty flat to me. Good buy

Wearing in conjunction with a pair of Rockfall work boots. Take the standard boot and make them feel like walking on marshmallow. Really comfortable, reasonable price. And worth the investment

after spending a shift (9hrs out of a 12hr shift) deck checking on a container ship, my feet were still aching, i bought these in the hope they would offer good comfort over a long period of time, this is why i've only given them 3 stars, at best they're average and ideal for a shorter period of working.

I bought these for a little extra support in my trainers and when they arrived I thought they may be too big, as the heal area is very thick. Once in the shoe however, as the area is moulded, they actually fit really well, give excellent support and are really comfortable. 1 bit of advice and a downside is to make sure you do not trust the size chart and cut at least 1 an possibly 2 sized too big and see if they fit before you cut too much off! I had this previous so this time cut to UK size 11 even though shoes are a 10 and they were still very slightly too small once cut!

I bought some hiking shoes, not boots and needed an insole to get the best out of the shoes. These insoles did NOT let me down. Now my most comfortable shoes are any shoe with these insoles in them and right now, still my walking shoes! FAB!
