    I needed a slimmer desk but not so small as to feel cramped. I like the drawer space, the instructions were well set out and it all went together ok. Times change and materials do too. The metal frame is very sturdy, and quite easy to assemble. The drawers are not traditional wood/mdf etc but have a fabric board that insets into the rectangular drawer to make it rigid. The draw handles are good and the fronts are painted hardboard. As drawers go they are perfectly adequate and should be fine if not overloaded with heavy stuff. Overall, a good purchase that looks attractive and gives plenty of room for everyday use.

    The desktop comes in 3 pieces, which don't quite level properly despite adjustment. Also, one of the drawer rails was bent when it arrives, but still works fine. Overall a decent desk for the price. Looks good and feels sturdy.
