    I bought this scope to check out a backyard drain that was obstructed beyond my hands reach.I'm quite impressed by the quality of this scope, both for build quality and picture quality.The cable the scope is attached to is almost 9 feet long and the 'cable covering' is thick enough to allow the camerascope to travel along reasonably long pipes, ducts, roof spaces or tight areas, without kinking or bending.The camera was simple to set up, both on my iPhone and my Laptop.(The picture quality was good on the phone but LARGER and just as clear on the laptop!)The scope comes with a handy roller switch that allows you to use it with the inbuilt light at the top - or without it.You MUST download the software on both phones and PC's to view the scope images.There was no searching for the app. it just came up when the scope was attached to the phone and the PC.All images seen with the scope can be saved to your phone or PC.Have to say it's great value for money and quite well made for the price!

    This product is user-friendly, easy to set up, and offers excellent picture quality. It feels well-made and serves its purpose effectively. I haven't encountered any issues with it, and while I hadn't considered using something like this before, it's proving to be quite useful for monitoring restricted areas. I'm impressed with its quality and durability, and I'm confident it will continue to be a valuable asset.

    The media could not be loaded. I know it is a gift but I had to have a play. The required free app is easy to download and use, it also has a great guide which makes using it easy. The sound was picked up from the TV 6mt away and not at full volume. The performance in low light seems good and the image is clear considering the conditions and a first-time user. With very little practice I think this could become an invaluable tool, or just for fun. The cost was not as much as I would expect for the quality.

    If you buy this product and are not tech savvy then pay close attention to your phone when it warns you not to install the software that this product requires.If it was clear that this product required installation of an unverified .apk file onto your phone from some random Chinese website then I would have stayed well away.The instructions say that there is an app available through the Apple store if you are on an Apple product, so that might be fine. But Android users should stay well away.
