This is a book well worth reading. I was especially attracted to the ethical side of leadership and the green practices that were suggested. Modern leadership is worth studying, especially at the crossroads of the digital transformation we are all experiencing. I enjoyed this book and will refer to it many more times. Recommended.

I enjoyed the chapter that provided some great advice for leading through a crisis as this is when managers demonstrate their professionalism and true colours. It's a detailed book with plenty of relevant information shared engagingly with plenty of stories of businesses you will be familiar with.
