5.0 out of 5 stars Nifty portable keyboard
The biggest selling point for this keyboard is its portability. As detailed this keyboard fully folds in half and has a strong, durable carry bag enabling you to easily transport it.The keyboard folding mechanism is easy to use, robust and flush when unfolded giving a seamless surface. The keys are touch sensitive and there is a sustain pedal included as well as a variety of pre programmed features. Using some of these is a bit fiddly. It has great connectivity to use with external devices and can be connected to earphones to practice silently - a big positive for me!I would highly recommend this excellent value for money, easy to transport and store, quality keyboard.

4.0 out of 5 stars Finger Dance Folding Piano/Keyboard
This product was sent to me to review, as part of Bolo Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.I was particularly drawn to it, because I have a child who has a keen interest in music, but has never owned a full-size keyboard before, so I thought that this would be ideal for them.It is a very comprehensive kit - you are getting the keyboard, stand, carry bag, along with some other accessories. I did feel that some explanation of these was needed - there is a purple fabric included with the set, but, neither the product's listing, nor the included instructions, give you any inclination of what this is used for. I can only assume that it is a protective dust cover of some sort.I would also like to point out that the unit I was sent did not come with a UK mains plug - it had an EU one instead. I am unsure if this issue was specific to me, or more of a widespread problem. Thankfully, it seems that the adapter can easily be swapped out with any compatible USB charging plug.Regardless, I found the keyboard fairly easy to set up and use, though I did feel that some of the controls were clunky - for instance, changing the 'tone' requires holding down one button, whilst using the dial to select the tone you'd like. If you need to practice any piece of music with speed, then you might find this particular aspect difficult to work with. The sound quality from the in-built speakers is good, though a little piercing at higher volumes. The keys themselves have a nice dynamic range, allowing both softer and harder key strikes to be registered. You do also get a wide range of tones and effects to experiment with, as well as some 'demo' music to play along to.So far, I have found the battery life to be decent, whilst recharging generally doesn't take too long.In summary, it is a very good value keyboard that would make an ideal practice unit for a budding musician, it just remains to be seen if there are some supply issues with the power adapter.

5.0 out of 5 stars Feature Packed Folding Piano
One of the stand out features of this Finger Dance folding piano is the folding design. It is a full size 88 note keyboard with touch sensitive keys which when folded fits into the included storage bag making it very easy to transport and store when not in use.It folds in half and once opened out to full length a small latch on the rear of the keyboard locks the two hinged halves in place. Simply sliding the lever unlocks it enabling it to then be folded and packed away.It has an impressive selection of features, including metronome, demo songs, variety of tones, drum tracks and more. Also included is a music stand with clip, earphones, power cable with adaptor, cloth cover, stick on notes, sustain pedal and instructions. The supplied mains adaptor/charger is a two pin device which does not fit my three pin mains sockets. I have been using one of my existing USB adaptors to power and charge this keyboard. The touch sensitivity of the keys works quite well though the key stroke is more keyboard like than the feel of a mechanical acoustic piano action. I don't find the note repeat rate of the keys fast enough for high tempo trills which is more of an observation than criticism as many low end acoustic pianos have a similar note repeat limitation. There are two small speakers on the rear of the keyboard which are more than adequate for low to medium volume levels and it can be connected to an external mixer or PA as required. The included earphones allow the user to practice without disturbing others. The sustain foot pedal plugs into the rear of the keyboard enabling a similar sustain function as is often present when playing a real piano. The navigation of all the various functions does require some familiarisation with the handbook as there are a good number of user options. It does have Bluetooth connectivity and can be connected to a phone or tablet and used in conjunction with a free to download app. The details of the app are included in the instructions.I would describe my own keyboard playing as beginner to intermediate and find this folding piano to be adequate for my skill level. I would not consider it to be ideal for more advanced pianists.Overall I think this this folding keyboard/piano is very good value when taking account of the functions, sound quality, features and included accessories. Recommended.
Really nice product
This is a really nice keyboard with good sound. I like that it folds up so takes less room to store it. It comes with a foot pedal, earphones, fabric cover, carry case and book stand that fits onto the keyboard. There are plenty of key stickers to teach what each key is on the scale. I'm very happy with it!
It’s the PERFECT keyboard for me!!
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! I was looking for a rechargeable & portable keyboard to bring outdoors for YEARS!! I finally found this folding keyboard here. I compared this one with several other brands folding keyboards on Bolo, and this is the best of them. It is SO LIGHT!!! It also comes with a bag so very portable. It has a music stand so I can put my iPad music sheets on it. Also, I mainly use this keyboard to connect with my laptop as a MIDI keyboard and it works so good (you need to use a USB extension port)! And the prices is affordable! The customer service is 10/10!!! They helped me with my questions within 24 hours! I just love everything about this keyboard and I so ready to bring it out to a park and have fun with friends!
Product is fine, wanted to get it for midi and sound library plying
I was looking up this product over the internet. It got positive reviews. The keys are semi-weighted, as described, but I wish if i am able to control the velocity since I use sound libraries. It is too loud. I would re recommend it as a standalone product for sure. I will take one star out of my rating as I wish it had a software to configure its settings so that it would be perfect to be played using my sound library.
Perfect for my purposes
I'm a 69-year-old retiree who has been taking piano lessons for the lat several years to atone for my failure to practice regularly as a kid. I bought this keyboard so I can continue practicing when I travel. It's great! The sound quality is reasonable, the sustain pedal is a nice accessory for a portable keyboard. It was easy to transport on the plane. The headphones allow me to practice and not disturb others around me. Great expenditure of my money.
Budget Friendly Full Size Electronic Piano! Great for Beginners & for small apartments!
I haven't played in years and I saw this on YT so I decided to purchase it.The piano is great for beginners as it is pretty cheap, portable, and offers full set of keys. There are some strange nuances;1. Sometimes the keys seem to "lag" and the sound is soft or sometimes loud, it is hard to describe but not normal; like there is no good consistency in how the unit detects keys being pressed.2. The keys feel a bit strange, they are cheap but does have some weight to them. There is a strange grippy surface that takes getting used to.3. While this is portable, it does not come with a stand, so be prepared to buy one.4. The sheet music holder seems flimsy, and while it can probably hold sheet music OK, heavier piano books may be problematic. It would have been great if the supports weren't just 2 small plastic pegs, but maybe metal.5. You can change the sound / tone but it is a very manual and weird thing to do...You have to hold the "tone" button down and then scroll the wheel.
