These are quite good value for money as you get a three months supply (dosage is two tablets a day).The tablets are uncoated and quite large, but I didn't find them difficult to swallow. As you'd expect, the taste is quite salty but it's not too strong and they don't leave an after taste.They contain everything you'd expect for rehydration, however the daily dosage (2 tablets) does not get you 100% of the NRV for any of the ingredients. This isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your dietary intake (especially when it comes to potassium), but something to be aware of.The tablets are suitable for vegans which is good, but they do contain a lot of bulking agents including wheat.Electrolyte tablets are generally useful to help rehydrate when you're exercising. However, I suffer from low blood pressure and decided to try taking some electrolytes to up my salt intake and hydration to hopefully try and improve that. It will take some time to tell how much of a difference they make, if any, but I've not experienced any bad side effects so I will continue using them. I'll update the review with any benefits I notice after taking them for a longer time.

I have a condition which can cause fainting (POTS) where the first line of defense is lots of salt in my daily diet, and electrolyte drinks. I thought these may be an option for on-the-go, but I'm not convinced.• They are very large!• They have some bulking agents/ingredients which some people may find troublesome.• None of the ingredients give you 100% recommended dose if you take the suggested 2 tablets daily.Sporty types may find them useful, but I think I'll stick to my current regime as I'm not convinced these are right for me.

Use after each work out or before sometimes. Normally use flavoured ones in water so these are just as good. Still don't suffer with cramps after long runs and I put it down to these and waterA must for any person who likes to keep fit. Good value for money and easy to swallow.

I gave these to a friend that's seriously into running and he loves them.Easy to swallow and no aftertastes, just need to take with food.He swears that his recovery is quicker after exercising than it had been before he'd started using them.The tablets arrived well packaged with a simple but highly contrasting label showing both ingredients and dosage instructions. The bottle had a tamperproof seal for extra security.Overall a good quality product:Verdict: A good product at a reasonable price for a 3 month supply.

The tablets are quite large at 22mm long x 11mm x 7mm thick. But they are east to swallow with a drink. There is no after taste.I've only been using them for less than 2 weeks, so I can't say they have made a difference or not.I will update the review when I know.180 tablets for the price is a good price as long as they make a difference.

These tablets are larger and contain more of everything than the previous ones I was using. They also contain calcium, which isn't a standard ingredient in electrolytes, but it gets added sometimes.It's a healthy 3-month supply, 2 tablets a day. As mentioned, they are larger, but shaped so they are easier to swallow and covered with something that makes them slide better. These are all positives.If you believe the nutrition information, they contain a lot of substance to replenish fluids and keep you hydrated. I've been using them for over a week now and they seem to do a decent job. The £9 price, considering the larger doses and a nice plastic bottle they come in (secure plaster at the top), is very good. At the moment I highly recommend them and will come back if I see any issues. If the price doesn't go up, it might even jump on the list of my regularly used supplements.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

These tablets are ok. They contain Microcrystalline Cellulose, which for me is not great. It causes my IBS to flare up and I am unable to take these. However, they work fine for my husband who doesn't have sever IBS. I personally would try these and make your own mind up. They may work for some but unfortunately, not for me.
