The package arrived promptly and in tact. After unpacking all the contents I was able to put the chair together in around half an hour. Mostly due to my mobility issues, the time would have been quicker. Easy instructions and no extra tools needed. My only issue was with the casters. I didn't have the strength to push them into place. Very pleased with my purchase. Size is good and the firmness is good too. Its a sturdy chair and will suit my needs perfectly. The back support is just right. It looks good 8n my space and I feel is great value for money.....Neither I nor my husband could get the casters on. So have bought furniture cups instead.

It’s a pretty comfortable chair as it’s well padded and it looks great. It lets you adjust the height and I love the fact you can fold armrests so it doesn’t matter what height your desk is. However, the only downside is that the backrest is not adjustable which makes me sit quite far back. It’s descent quality and was easy to assemble.

Vey nice office chair. Arrived with clear instructions for build. I put it together in 15 minutes. I find it very comfortable and as yet no creaks (unlike some of these types of chair which can sound like rusty barn door blowing in the wind!) It's a bit on the small size which is fine for me as I am only 5 ft 8 and have limited floor space but 6 footers may want to look elsewhere!Two tips for putting these types of things together:1/ Check that everything is there before you start. (In this case everything was there!)2/ Buy or borrow a cordless drill with some Allen key bits that you can fit in it. So much faster and easier than manually using an basic Allen key! (This chair comes with a basic Allen key but would take much longer to build using it!)Very pleased so far but will update this review if I have any problems with this chair. But so far I am very happy with it!

Comfortable chair. Reasonably easy to put together (although some bits were a bit fiddly). And the colour... I ordered the blue, but it's more of a grey blue than a pure blue (but I'm not that fussed as it's a good colour). A+ for the instruction booklet which was very clear.

I've tried several different types of chairs for my sewing hobby. This chair raises higher level than I've had before and the colour grey goes with my craft room. Excellent quality.Easer to make up.

Chair arrived on time and in a manageable box , opened it up and checked the parts were all there , assembly very straight forward, I only read the manual when I'd finished 🤣😉. One star down for miss alignment of holes in the legs to the center boss, this made the screws awkward to insert and tighten. Other than that it went together quite well. The backrest is fixed to the base by the arms , locating the bolts to secure these are tricky but not insurmountable. I used my electric screwdriver with the correct size Allen key tip this made assembly a doddle, "tip" spin the bolts as if undoing before tightening , this ensures the threads are not crossed. Chair is comfortable and only has basic adjustment functions . The height via the gas strut and tilt/recline only moves the whole chair including the seat, and that is spring biased and adjustable, good if you like to rock back occasionally. There is no adjustment on the armrest height other than flipping them up and out of the way. The fabric covering is soft and not the usual fabric you expect on office furniture, it is smooth not a woven finish, durability......we will have to see. The user of the chair is initially very pleased and time will tell . The whole assembly only took 30minutes and spare screws and caps were included. All in all not bad value , shame that they offered £20 off the blue but not the black or grey . I will update this as time goes on , should there be any problems.

A comfortable chair and looks good, however it is quite heavy and stiff to adjust. One buyer said they assembled it in 14mins. It takes more than that to unpack and sort out. The real problem for me was the adjustable arms. Set too high so can't comfortably use them. I am quite small, so that maybe partly the problem.

Lo schema costruttivo e' lo stesso di altre che abbiamo avuto, comprate da un noto venditore svedese.Ma la qualità mi sembra molto migliore ( o molto migliorata da quei modelli di qualche anno fa...), e' silenziosa, ben imbottita, da' un buon supporto lombare, anche se magari uno schienale un po' piu' alto lo avrei preferito. Ottimo anche il tessuto. penso sia valsa la pena di spendere qualche decina di euro in piu'.
