    These did nothing to stop the itching what comes with a bite, so they were not for me, perhaps be good for others

    Last night I was bitten by midges, and a particularly itchy bite has formed on my elbow. As you can see in the photo, the bite itch relief plaster will not stay stuck to my skin. Admittedly this is made worse by the fact it's a moving joint but this does mean you basically can't use this product anywhere near elbows, knees, neck etc.FYI for those having trouble removing the plaster from the backing paper, ensure you have picked off an entire side first (so three or four of the sticking out bits) before trying to remove the plaster.

    No idea how these work, maybe it’s a mental thing? But they seem to do a great job of reducing itching. And if you do get the urge it’s almost a reminder to stop when you realise what you are doing.The adhesive is very strong and they are easy to peel from the backing paper.Nice compact size easy to keep in a wallet for just in case.
